The Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti finalized her divorce in summer 2024, according to Bravo. A July 2024 report based on court documents obtained by In Touch said her ex-husband, William Pedranti, agreed to pay $267,811 to equalize the division of community assets and debts. That reported agreement is not proof that the payment was made.

What was Jennifer Pedranti’s reported divorce settlement?

In Touch’s account, syndicated by Yahoo Entertainment, described a one-time $267,811 equalization payment from William to Jennifer. The stated purpose was “to equalize the division of the community assets and debts.” The report said the former spouses also agreed to monthly child and spousal support. These are reported terms attributed to court documents; the accessible account is not the signed court order itself. Read the Yahoo Entertainment report.

What monthly support was reported?

  • Child support: $4,674 per month for the couple’s four minor children, according to the July 2024 report.
  • Spousal support: $1,735 per month, reportedly ending if Jennifer remarried.
  • Childcare: Employment-related childcare costs were to be split equally, the report said, attributing that term to the judge.

What did each former spouse reportedly retain?

The report said William retained the net proceeds from the sale of the family home, his bank accounts and his company. Jennifer reportedly retained her bank accounts and her interest in Devi Rebel Yoga. This is a selection of reported property terms, not a complete inventory of the agreement.

Was the $267,811 payment made?

The available reporting does not establish that Jennifer ultimately received the lump sum. In September 2024, a later report said she sought a court examination of William’s finances to help enforce a money judgment, and that a judge approved the request. That development indicates the payment’s status was in question at that time, but the sources here do not establish the eventual outcome. Read the September 2024 enforcement report.

What was reported about custody?

The July 2024 account said the former spouses agreed to joint legal and physical custody, with the children residing with Jennifer, and that William would handle health insurance. A 2025 Us Weekly report later described a custody development involving three children. The July terms therefore describe the arrangement reported at settlement, not necessarily the current order.
