Zenith Asset describes the Foundation as an investor-education initiative founded by Arthur Frank, with plans that include training, fraud-prevention resources and an AI tool called FINQbot. Those descriptions and ambitions come from a company-issued release, not independent verification. A Washington State regulator search result also reports complaints involving Zenith and CIRKOR, but the underlying alert should be checked directly before relying on its details.
What Zenith says the Foundation is meant to do
In an August 10, 2024 release issued under Zenith Asset’s name, the organization describes the Zenith Asset Investment Education Foundation as a private entity founded by Arthur Frank. It says the Foundation’s mission is to improve investor knowledge of global investments and help prevent fraud, using training and tools intended to help investors navigate financial markets. These are the organization’s statements; the release does not independently establish the Foundation’s legal status, the services currently available, or their results. Read the August 2024 release.
What initiatives and goals it has announced
Education and outreach
The release says Zenith plans to recruit investment-education professionals and build brand awareness. It also describes prospective partnerships with financial institutions, media platforms and educational organizations; it does not name confirmed partners.
FINQbot
Zenith describes FINQbot as an AI investment system in development and practical testing, intended to support portfolio analysis and personalized investment guidance. The release provides no independent testing, audited results or validation method. It therefore does not establish the system’s accuracy, effectiveness or suitability for an investor.

Expansion ambitions
The company says its longer-term goals include becoming a leading national investment-education provider, opening international branches and continuing to develop services using AI and big data. These are stated ambitions, not evidence that the Foundation has achieved national reach, opened branches or produced investor outcomes.
What the Washington regulator search result says
A Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, Securities Division search result reports that the agency received several complaints involving Zenith and describes a complainant’s account of an investment-education advertisement leading to a WhatsApp group with a purported “professor” named Arthur Frank and an assistant. The result says CIRKOR was purportedly created and run by Zenith. These are allegations and reported complaints, not findings established here. The regulator’s alert page was not accessible for direct review, so its exact wording and current status should be confirmed on the Washington DFI consumer alerts page before drawing conclusions.

The search-result summary also cautions that business registration and FinCEN MSB registration are not endorsements, recommendations or certifications of legitimacy. A registration, if present, should not be treated as proof that an investment education service or investment opportunity is safe.
What is—and is not—independently established
The accessible public description of the Foundation and FINQbot comes from Zenith Asset’s own August 2024 release. A separate promotional repost makes additional claims about the Foundation’s establishment date, staff credentials, tax incentives, educational topics and ambitious investor or wealth-growth targets, but the reviewed evidence does not independently substantiate them. Those claims should not be treated as confirmed credentials, tax status or performance. See the promotional repost.

The available material does not establish the Foundation’s current legal or tax-exempt status, whether it is presently operating, Arthur Frank’s independently verified identity or credentials, whether FINQbot is currently offered, or whether any education service has published pricing and terms. It also does not provide independently documented results or establish named partnerships.

- Legal identity and status: Confirm the entity and its status through relevant official records. Registration alone is not an endorsement or assurance of legitimacy.
- Instructor credentials: Check named instructors’ qualifications and experience through sources independent of the provider.
- Curriculum and fees: Request a clear syllabus, total cost, recurring charges, and written refund terms before enrolling.
- Education versus advice: Establish whether the service provides general instruction or individualized recommendations, and understand what that means for your decisions.
- Conflicts and financial arrangements: Ask whether the provider benefits from recommending particular products, platforms or transactions.
- Custody and withdrawals: If a group or service asks you to deposit money, identify who holds the funds, how withdrawals work and which regulated entity is involved. Do not assume an education provider should hold investment funds.
- Performance claims and software: Look for independently documented methods and results. A claim that an AI tool is being tested is not evidence of validated performance.
