Treat the service’s availability, terms, earnings and regulatory status as unverified unless you can confirm them independently.
What YMCrypto announced
In a February 17, 2025 company press release, YMCrypto said it was launching cloud-mining contracts for holders of Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin, with cryptocurrency earnings paid daily. The same release made claims about security, fees and uptime. Those statements describe what the company advertised; they do not independently confirm that the service is operating now, that the terms remain available, or that customers receive the stated payouts.
The headline’s “best” is promotional language. The release does not establish a comparative ranking against other providers. Its claims about daily earnings should not be read as a guaranteed return: the material does not independently verify mining output, payout calculations, or the costs and conditions that could affect a customer’s result.
Is YMCrypto regulated in the United States?
A February 10, 2025 YMCrypto press release calls the service “US-Regulated.” The material available does not name an authorizing regulator, specify a license or registration, or provide a record that substantiates the claim. It is therefore not established here that YMCrypto is regulated or what the company means by that wording.

Before relying on a regulatory claim, identify the legal entity that would provide the service and ask for the regulator and authorization details. Check those details against the regulator’s own public records; a company announcement alone is not confirmation.
How cloud mining relates to Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin
Cloud mining generally means paying a provider for access to mining capacity or a mining-related contract rather than buying and operating the equipment yourself. The exact rights, payout formula, fees and risks depend on the contract. The YMCrypto releases summarized above do not provide independently verified current terms sufficient to assess those details.

The coins named in the announcement do not all use the same mining algorithm. An SEC-filed corporate report describes Scrypt mining for Litecoin and Dogecoin, in contrast with Bitcoin’s SHA-256 algorithm. An SEC release on a proposed Dogecoin product describes Dogecoin as a proof-of-work network, where DOGE is created and allocated through mining. These facts explain the connection between mining and the named assets; they do not verify YMCrypto’s operations or the profitability of a contract.

A Scrypt ASIC miner is a relevant hardware category for people comparing a cloud-mining service with equipment used to mine Litecoin and Dogecoin. With a contract, you rely on the provider and the contract’s terms; with physical equipment, you own hardware and must account for operating it. The SEC-filed report supports the hardware category, not a recommendation of a particular model or a claim that either route will be profitable.

What to verify before paying
- Provider identity: Confirm the legal entity named in the contract, where it is based and who is responsible for delivering the service.
- Regulatory claim: Request the regulator and authorization details, then verify them in the regulator’s own records. The February 10, 2025 announcement does not supply that confirmation.
- Contract mechanics: Read how mining output is calculated, how and when payouts are made, what fees apply, and whether the provider can change or end the arrangement.
- Costs and risk: Determine which costs are deducted or charged separately and who bears the impact of changes in cryptocurrency prices, network conditions or provider operations.
- Evidence of performance: Distinguish a stated daily payout schedule from evidence of actual mining output and customer returns. Do not treat advertised security, uptime or earnings as independently verified facts.
