The page does not specify the year, and the available material does not independently verify the announcement or the count.
“Core clients” is not defined. The announcement does not say whether the figure represents active users, registered accounts, customers who have traded, or a cumulative total. It also provides no measurement period, calculation method, or audit. Without those details, the figure cannot be interpreted as a count of active traders or compared reliably with another platform’s user numbers.

FinCEN explains that MSB registrant information is supplied by the registrant and is not verified by FinCEN. It also says that appearing in the registry is not a recommendation, certification of legitimacy, or government endorsement. An MSB registration should not be described as a license or as proof that a crypto platform is safe. See FinCEN’s explanation of MSB registration.
In a December 18, 2024 alert, FinCEN warned generally: “These false claims of being vetted, approved, or licensed by FinCEN also appear in wire news services and on social media platforms like Facebook, X, and Telegram.” That warning is general guidance; it is not a finding that XLGQ made such a claim or engaged in wrongdoing. FinCEN also cautions that MSB registration can be misused to create an appearance of legitimacy. That caution should not be taken as evidence of misconduct by XLGQ. What to verify before considering a platform
A client milestone or registration claim cannot answer the practical questions that determine whether a trading service fits your needs. Before depositing funds, seek evidence about the specific legal entity and jurisdiction, and check registration or licensing claims directly with the relevant official regulator. Review the contract and leverage terms, all fees, custody arrangements, and the rules and timing for withdrawals. Look for independently documented security practices rather than relying on promotional descriptions.
The KJNewswire announcement does not supply those details for XLGQ. Its client count, platform claims, and reported registration should therefore be treated as unverified unless confirmed through reliable, independent documentation.
