The figures are estimates, not an official disclosure by Leicester, Faes, his representatives or Shabab AlAhli. SalaryLeaks says its data is researched from public reporting and other sources; the Faes entry did not display a verification tick.
The figures describe the database’s estimate of his Leicester pay, not confirmed take-home income. The table does not establish how any bonuses were earned or paid, or whether the listed amount reflects deductions, taxes or other contract terms.
Is Faes still at Leicester, and what happened to the Galatasaray link?
No longer as a current Leicester player, according to the club’s latest announcement. On 28 September 2026, Leicester said: “An agreement has been reached with UAE Pro League side Shabab AlAhli Dubai FC for the permanent transfer of Wout Faes, subject to international clearance.” The announcement did not confirm that clearance had been completed.

Leicester did not disclose the transfer fee or Faes’s salary at Shabab AlAhli. The reviewed official material also does not establish an approach, offer or agreement with Galatasaray, so the reported talk should not be treated as a confirmed transfer negotiation. A Galatasaray statement dated 16 July 2026 concerned Lesley Ugochukwu’s loan from Burnley, not Faes.

How much of the salary figure is confirmed?
No official salary disclosure appears in the reviewed material. SalaryLeaks supplies a dated estimate, while Leicester’s announcement confirms a transfer agreement and career details—not wages. Capology’s listing also describes its salary data as estimates, but its page was inaccessible and it does not provide a usable independent confirmation of Faes’s wage here.
