If your order’s tracking names UniUni, UniUni handles its last-mile delivery in the USA: the final leg to your address. That does not mean UniUni necessarily carried the parcel from the seller or its original shipping location. Check UniUni’s tracking page for the latest status and any available delivery confirmation.
What UniUni does—and what the tracking name means
UniUni describes itself as a last-mile parcel delivery company for e-commerce. When a shipment is assigned to UniUni, it is the delivery provider responsible for the final leg indicated by that tracking record. UniUni does not establish that it carries every parcel throughout its entire domestic or international journey, and there is no universal upstream carrier identified for UniUni shipments in the USA. For a parcel’s earlier route or any carrier handoff, check the shipment record or ask the seller.
UniUni reports that its network covers 65% of the U.S.; this is an undated company claim on its homepage, not an independent coverage measurement. That figure describes the company’s stated network coverage, not a guarantee that it serves every U.S. address.
How to check a UniUni shipment
- Open UniUni Package Tracking.
- Enter the tracking number to see the latest status and, once UniUni has physically received the parcel, an estimated delivery date.
- If you need delivery confirmation, choose “View Delivery Confirmation” and enter the parcel’s ZIP or postal code. A photo may be available, but not every tracking record is guaranteed to include one.

What to do when tracking is delayed or delivery fails
No UniUni updates yet
The seller may still be processing the order or preparing it for handoff. UniUni says tracking may not update until it physically receives the parcel. If there are no UniUni updates, ask the seller about the order’s processing and dispatch status.
A delivery attempt failed
UniUni says a first failed attempt is generally followed by another attempt within 48 hours. After a second failure, the parcel is returned to a warehouse. If the tracking status changes to “storage,” contact UniUni through its support chatbot to request re-delivery; UniUni says parcels are stored for 30 days. Provide the delivery address, contact information, and instructions.

UniUni’s courier-services page also describes “up to 3” delivery attempts, but its recipient FAQ gives the more specific follow-up above. For an individual parcel, use the current tracking status and contact support rather than assuming a third attempt will occur.
You need to change the address or instructions
Submit a request through UniUni’s support chatbot. A change may not reach the driver in time if the parcel is already out for delivery. UniUni says it does not deliver to post offices or USPS PO Boxes.

Tracking says delivered, but you cannot find the parcel
Check the tracking page and any available delivery photo, then ask household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom staff whether they accepted or moved it. If it remains missing, contact UniUni support with the tracking number.
The parcel is damaged or its contents are wrong
For damage, photograph the parcel and its contents, then send the photos, tracking number, and contact information through UniUni’s chatbot. For missing or incorrect contents, returns, or product concerns, contact the seller: UniUni’s role is delivery, while the seller handles product issues and returns.

What UniUni’s service claims do—and do not—tell you
UniUni’s Courier Services page lists company-reported figures including a 99.7% final delivery rate, a 98.7% on-time delivery rate, and 20,000+ active drivers across North America. The page does not state a publication date for those figures, and they are company claims rather than independent measurements. They describe the service in aggregate; they do not predict the outcome or timing for a particular parcel.
