These are reported estimates, not confirmed contract disclosures. Other lists show different figures because they may measure net pay, fixed salary or total compensation.
Who are AC Milan’s highest-paid players in 2025/26?
SalaryLeaks’ 2025/26 table puts Nkunku, Rabiot and Leão level at the top. The table expresses its annual estimates as weekly amounts; it should not be read as evidence that the players receive a verified payment of that exact amount every week.
| Player | Estimated weekly wage | Estimated annual wage |
|---|---|---|
| Christopher Nkunku | €177,000 | €9.2 million |
| Adrien Rabiot | €177,000 | €9.2 million |
| Rafael Leão | €177,000 | €9.2 million |
| Divock Origi | €142,000 | €7.4 million |
| Luka Modrić | €125,000 | €6.5 million |
| Youssouf Fofana | €105,000 | €5.5 million |
| Ruben Loftus-Cheek | €105,000 | €5.5 million |
| Niclas Füllkrug | €105,000 | €5.5 million |
| Christian Pulisic | €100,000 | €5.2 million |
| Fikayo Tomori | €88,000 | €4.6 million |
All figures in the table are SalaryLeaks’ 2025/26 estimates, not official club disclosures. SalaryLeaks says individual salaries are researched from Italian football publications and annual salary reports; it does not provide contract documents for each amount. Its listed squad also includes Ismaël Bennacer as loaned, so the page should not be treated as a definitive list of players currently available to Milan.
How much do Milan’s top players earn per week on a net basis?
A separate comparison reported by ACMilan.com.pl attributes its figures to DAZN Italia and ranks Leão first at €5 million net per season. The report, dated November 14, 2025, says this corresponds to about €6.55 million gross. It places Rabiot and Nkunku below €5 million net each.

The same report gives Pulisic and Loftus-Cheek €4 million net per season each, or €5.24 million gross under the tax treatment it describes. These net-per-season amounts are not directly comparable to SalaryLeaks’ weekly and annual estimates, which use a different salary basis.
Why do published salary figures differ?
Salary tables can use different definitions: net take-home pay or gross salary, fixed pay or total compensation, and estimates that include bonuses. A number without its basis can make unlike figures look comparable.
Rank #2
- SalaryLeaks: reports weekly and annual player estimates and describes its team wage-bill total as including bonuses.
- ACMilan.com.pl: reports the DAZN Italia list as net seasonal pay, alongside the report’s gross equivalents.
- Capology: its indexed 2025/26 table gives Leão a €6.41 million fixed annual salary and €8.97 million total annual salary. These are separate salary fields, not the same measure.
Capology’s indexed figures differ from both SalaryLeaks’ €9.2 million estimate for Leão and the DAZN-attributed net amount. The comparison is useful as an illustration of differing definitions, not as proof that one source’s figure is a confirmed contract amount.
What does Milan’s estimated wage bill include?
SalaryLeaks lists an estimated €108 million for AC Milan’s 2025/26 first-team salaries and says that its team total includes bonuses. This is a source estimate, not an official figure from the club’s financial statements. SalaryLeaks says its wage-bill figures for major Serie A clubs use UEFA’s annual European club finance report; it describes individual player salaries as estimates based on Italian football publications and annual salary reports.

How to compare AC Milan wage estimates fairly
When checking a salary figure, identify the season and source, then establish whether it is weekly or annual, net or gross, fixed or total, and whether bonuses are included. Also check the reporting date and whether a listed player is part of the active squad or shown as loaned. Without those details, a ranking can mix unlike measures and give a misleading impression of who earns the most.
