Vince McMahon’s reported new company is 14TH & I, a private investment firm described as focused on sports, media and entertainment. The available report does not describe a new wrestling promotion or a return to WWE. Its name is said to nod to the Washington, D.C., roots of Capitol Wrestling Corporation, but that explanation has not been confirmed in a direct statement from the firm.
What is 14TH & I?
A May 30, 2025, report by Sportster, syndicated by Yardbarker, describes 14TH & I as a private investment firm focused on sports, media and entertainment. It attributes that description to a profile associated with former WWE executive Brad Blum, who is identified as the firm’s president.
The report says public filings show three Connecticut limited liability companies—14TH & I Holdings, 14TH & I Investments and 14TH & I Management—registered on September 20, 2024. It identifies McMahon as managing member of at least two of them. The underlying state records are not reproduced in the article, so these details should be understood as the report’s account of the filings.
What does the firm say it will do?
The profile description cited by Sportster presents an investment approach built around long-term capital and strategic partnerships. It refers to buyouts or majority investments, as well as selective, growth-oriented minority investments. That is a description of the intended approach, not evidence of a completed deal or a verified investment mandate.

The report does not name portfolio companies, completed investments, operating businesses or a specific project for 14TH & I. It also says there is no indication the firm is involved in professional wrestling. On the available information, it is more accurate to describe 14TH & I as a reported investment firm than as a new operating company in wrestling, football or another sport.
Why is it called 14TH & I?
According to the Sportster report, the name refers to the intersection of 14th and I Streets in Washington, D.C., associated with Capitol Wrestling Corporation, the promotion led by McMahon’s father. The article frames the name as a callback to the family’s wrestling history. The reviewed reporting does not include a direct explanation from 14TH & I or McMahon confirming that this was the naming rationale.

How does 14TH & I compare with Alpha Entertainment?
McMahon’s earlier Alpha Entertainment venture is relevant context, but it does not establish what 14TH & I will do. WWE’s 2017 fiscal-year Form 10-K said McMahon had established Alpha to explore investment opportunities across sports and entertainment and that Alpha had announced plans to launch a professional football league. The filing described a particular announced project; it does not show that 14TH & I has similar plans.

WWE’s filing said: “McMahon has recently announced that he established Alpha Entertainment LLC, to explore investment opportunities across the sports entertainment landscapes, and Alpha Entertainment LLC has announced plans to launch a professional football league.” That statement concerns Alpha Entertainment, not 14TH & I.

Is 14TH & I connected to WWE or TKO?
WWE and UFC combined under TKO Group Holdings in 2023. WWE’s announcement of the transaction’s close described TKO as the new company bringing the two businesses together, and TKO’s June 2026 Form 10-Q continues to describe WWE as one of its businesses. Those facts establish WWE’s corporate setting; they do not establish a relationship between TKO or WWE and 14TH & I.
The reporting about 14TH & I does not say McMahon is buying WWE, restarting the wrestling promotion, or returning to run it. Its historical name reference should not be mistaken for evidence of a new wrestling business.
