The Uttarakhand Upper PCS 2025 preliminary admit card was made available from 18 June 2025—not today. UKPSC scheduled the preliminary exam for 29 June 2025 and said candidates would not receive a separate admit card by post. The mains admit card was a separate, later notice: UKPSC’s homepage listing showed it dated 10 April 2026. Check the official UKPSC website for any current stage-specific notice before trying to download a card.
When was the UKPSC Upper PCS 2025 preliminary admit card released?
In its notice dated 16 June 2025 for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Examination-2025 (advertisement A-1/E-1/PCS-2025/2025-26), the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) said provisionally eligible applicants could download the preliminary admit card from 18 June 2025. The preliminary examination was scheduled for 29 June 2025. These are historical dates, not a new release announcement. Read UKPSC’s preliminary examination notice.
UKPSC said it would not send a separate admit card by post. The commission’s notice states: “अभ्यर्थियों को डाक द्वारा पृथक से प्रवेश-पत्र (Admit-Card) प्रेषित नहीं किये जायेंगे।” Candidates were directed to download the card and comply with the important instructions printed on it. See the official notice.
How to download a UKPSC PCS admit card
- Go to the official UKPSC website and find the admit-card link for the correct examination and stage.
- Choose an available login method on the portal and enter the requested details. The retrieved 2025 login page displayed options for email ID and password; application number and date of birth; or name, father’s name and date of birth. It also displayed CAPTCHA fields. Available options may change, so follow the current page’s instructions. Open the UKPSC examination login page.
- Complete the CAPTCHA and submit the requested information, then follow the portal’s on-screen instructions to view or download the admit card.
- Check that the examination name and stage match your application, and read the instructions on your own card carefully.
The steps above describe the fields and flow displayed on the portal; they do not establish that every login route remains active or that a candidate-specific download is available.

Preliminary and mains admit cards are separate
Do not confuse the June 2025 preliminary card with the later mains notice. UKPSC announced on 5 December 2025 that the mains written examination, previously proposed to begin on 6 December 2025, was postponed until further orders following a court order. The notice said revised dates would be published on the commission website. Read the postponement notice.
A later UKPSC homepage listing showed a notice and download link for the 2025 mains admit card dated 10 April 2026. That listing is not evidence that a link is active now. For any current download, confirm the latest notice on the official UKPSC site and select the link for your examination stage. Check the UKPSC homepage listing.
