UKSSSC Assistant Teacher LT exam date 2024
The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) recruitment was for Assistant Teacher (LT) posts in the Secondary Education Department under Advertisement No. 58/UKSSSC/2024, dated 14 March 2024. The written examination was scheduled for 18 August 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The advertised vacancy count was reported as 1,544 posts by contemporaneous news coverage of the notice; the available scan is not clear enough to verify every character independently.

How candidates were told to download the 2024 admit card
Archived coverage described candidates logging in through the UKSSSC website to view and download the admit card. The credential details differed between reports, so these steps document what was reported at the time rather than describing a currently available portal.

- Visit the UKSSSC website.
- Open the Assistant Teacher (LT) admit-card link.
- Sign in using the credentials requested on the page. Jagran Josh specified email ID and password; Dainik Jagran described mobile number or email, password, and a displayed code.
- View and download the admit card, then save or print it for the examination.

What candidates were told to bring and check
According to Times of India’s account of the UKSSSC notice, candidates had to bring the admit card and an identity card to the exam centre. The notice also instructed: “All candidates should ensure that the bar code is also mentioned on the admit card downloaded by them.” Candidates were therefore told to check that their downloaded card showed a barcode.

The 2024 exam is over. UKSSSC’s current homepage shows later recruitment activity, including an Assistant Teacher (LT) document-scrutiny provisional merit-list notice dated 11 September 2026. Its admit-card archive lists later notices and was last updated 29 September 2026; the visible listing does not show the old 2024 admit-card item. Check the UKSSSC homepage and its admit-card archive for current commission notices rather than relying on the historical download directions.
