Read together, these entries describe a process that has ended, not one that is starting. The 2024 window closed on 12 October 2024, and the 2025 cancellation put an end to that recruitment. The 2026 refund item is a payment-refund process, so it should not be treated as a way to apply for a post.
Why the 2024 advertisement no longer works as an apply link
Readers searching for “Junior Assistant registration” are often looking for the 2024 form. That form is not available through the official listings. The cancellation notice names the same advertisement number, so any page that still advertises MC/CCS/NT-II/2024 as open is out of date. The official pages do not state whether a refund has been paid to any individual applicant, so a closed portal should not be read as confirmation of a refund.
A separate UCMS recruitment portal
UCMS also runs a non-teaching deputation recruitment portal. It lists a hard-copy deadline of 23 March 2026. That is a different recruitment, and the portal is not a current Junior Assistant registration page. Do not follow it as a Junior Assistant apply link.

How to check for a genuine new notice
- Open the UCMS Careers listing and look for a new entry naming Junior Assistant.
- Open the UCMS Notifications listing and confirm that the same notice appears there, with an issue date after 8 October 2026.
- Read the advertisement itself. Check that it is a new advertisement, not MC/CCS/NT-II/2024, and note its application deadline.
- Use only the application link attached to that notice on the official site. If a link reaches you through a message, social media post or third-party site, compare its domain and advertisement number with the official notice before entering personal details or paying any fee.
What the official pages do not establish
As of 8 October 2026, the pages reviewed do not show any of the following for a future Junior Assistant recruitment:
- A vacancy, number of posts or advertisement date
- Eligibility criteria or age limits
- Application fees or payment methods
- An application deadline or a new application portal
