It does not establish the schedule after 24 October.
How many TransNusa flights from Perth to Bali will run each week?
The published Northern Summer 2026 schedule gives these weekly frequencies for TransNusa’s Perth (PER)–Denpasar (DPS) route:
| Effective dates | Scheduled services per week | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 29 March–27 June 2026 | 17 | Australian Government, Northern Summer 2026 schedule |
| 28 June–4 July 2026 | 19 | Australian Government, Northern Summer 2026 schedule |
| 5 July–24 October 2026 | 21 | Australian Government, Northern Summer 2026 schedule |
The government schedule was last updated 14 April 2026. Perth Airport’s 28 January announcement described the change more broadly as an increase from 17 to 21 flights per week from July. The schedule supplies the more precise effective dates: 19 weekly services for the week beginning 28 June, followed by 21 from 5 July.
When did the increase begin?
TransNusa launched the Perth route in 2025 with an initial three flights a week and said it planned to move to four weekly services from 12 April that year. Perth Airport later reported that double-daily service would commence on 18 July 2025. The 2026 schedule is expressed as weekly totals; it does not specify that every operating day has the same number of departures.

What the schedule does—and does not—tell travellers
The government schedule establishes the listed weekly frequencies through 24 October 2026. It does not confirm whether 21 weekly services continue after that date. For a particular trip, check the airline’s booking or schedule information for the exact operating day, departure time and seat availability.
- Fares: Neither Perth Airport’s announcement nor the government schedule forecasts ticket prices or shows that added flights will make fares cheaper.
- Aircraft and seats: The 2026 sources do not identify the aircraft or seat capacity for the added services. Perth Airport’s June 2025 announcement described an A320 with 174 seats in connection with the earlier double-daily service; that historical detail does not establish the aircraft used for the 2026 timetable.
- Booking prices and inventory: The published schedule does not provide live prices or available seats for any chosen date.
Why Perth Airport says the added flights matter
Perth Airport Chief Commercial and Aviation Officer Kate Holsgrove said the higher frequency showed TransNusa’s commitment to Western Australia and would give Western Australians more international travel options. The airport’s announcement also attributed to Holsgrove figures of 42,000 Indonesian visitors to Western Australia annually and a $119 million economic contribution; these are figures reported by the airport, not a separate estimate verified by the schedule.
