The Spring 2026 edition is presented as a 10,000-company list, and Growjo says no company application is required. Its visible fintech entries include Bilt Rewards, Marco and Xrex, but those examples do not establish the top-ranked companies in the fintech category.
What does “awarded by Growjo” mean?
Growjo describes its service as a ranking and recognition list for growing companies. Its About page says, “No submissions required.” The material reviewed does not establish a separate fintech awards ceremony, a judging panel or a complete roster of fintech award recipients. In this context, “awarded” is best understood as inclusion in Growjo’s ranking and the recognition associated with that listing.
How Growjo says its ranking works
Growjo says its algorithm looks across multiple signals to identify companies that are growing and may be positioned for future growth. Its listed inputs include hiring trends, competitor analysis, recent funding, annual sales and financials, executive hires, alternative and competition data, and estimated revenue growth. It does not describe the ranking as being determined by a single metric such as revenue or employee count.
Growjo says it gathers company information from company submissions, blog posts and news outlets, public-company quarterly reports, and its own algorithms. Some revenue, employee and valuation information may come directly from companies; other figures are calculated estimates. Growjo says its estimated-revenue algorithm uses employee count, sector, country and funding. It says growth rates are updated every other month. These are Growjo’s descriptions of its methods, not an independent audit of the underlying company data.

Fintech companies visible in Growjo list snapshots
Growjo’s homepage links to a Fintech industry segment, but its full segment order could not be verified. The entries below are examples from indexed overall-list snapshots, not a definitive top-three fintech ranking. Figures are displayed by Growjo and may include estimates; they should not be treated as audited company results.
| Company | Overall-list rank | Funding displayed | Employees displayed | Revenue displayed | Employee growth displayed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bilt Rewards | 40 | $563 million | 300 | $52 million | 32% |
| Marco | 2,654 | $326 million | 141 | $20.7 million | 6% |
| Xrex | 7,705 | $42.8 million | 160 | $32 million | 11% |
Growjo labels each company’s industry as Fintech in these listings. The ranks are positions in the overall list, not positions within a verified fintech-only order. The figures come from snapshots with different crawl dates, so they are not a same-date comparison and may not reflect current company figures. Rank alone also does not establish which company is “best”: funding, headcount, revenue and employee growth are distinct measures.

How to interpret the Spring 2026 list
Growjo’s homepage describes its Spring 2026 edition as a Top 10,000 list of fast-growing private companies and startups. It states an eligibility range of 15 to 1,000 employees and shows a last-updated date of October 7, 2026. Those details describe the overall list, not a verified fintech segment ranking.
Growjo’s own pages are useful for understanding what the company includes and how it says it builds its ranking. They do not independently verify private-company revenue, valuations, funding totals or employee counts. Treat listed figures as Growjo-displayed information, check the date and context of a snapshot, and consult the companies’ own disclosures when a figure matters for a financial or business decision.

Using the list for company research
A Growjo listing can be a starting point for discovering companies and comparing the different growth indicators Growjo displays. For a meaningful comparison, use records from the same snapshot and keep rank, funding, industry, employee count, revenue and employee-growth percentage separate. A higher overall-list position is not, by itself, proof of stronger financial performance or a recommendation to invest in a company.
