What the 2025 RSSB recruitment covered
RSSB advertised contractual roles across Rajasthan’s NHM and RajMES streams. The official amended examination notice identifies the recruitment as Advertisement 01/2025, dated January 28, 2025. It confirms the recruitment references and exam schedule, but it is not the full vacancy-and-eligibility advertisement. RSSB recruitment advertisements are the appropriate place to check official notices and amendments.

How many vacancies were reported?
Scroll reported 13,252 vacancies after amendments. That is the later reported total, not the first figure circulated. Moneycontrol initially reported 13,398 positions and said 146 Contractual Program Assistant and Junior Program Assistant posts were subsequently removed. The two totals refer to different stages of the recruitment reporting and should not be treated as competing final counts.
Examples of roles reported
Moneycontrol’s April 2, 2025 report listed 2,634 NHM Community Health Officer posts and 1,941 NHM Nurse posts, among other clinical, nursing, administrative and technical roles. For RajMES, it listed 4,466 Nurse Grade II posts and 321 Lab Technician posts, alongside smaller groups including Medical Social Worker and Nursing Tutor roles. These are figures from secondary reporting; consult the full RSSB detailed advertisement and amendments for an authoritative post-by-post vacancy list.

Deadline and reported application fee
Scroll reported May 1, 2025 as the last date to apply. Its April 3, 2025 report gave application fees of ₹600 for unreserved and OBC/EBC creamy-layer candidates and ₹400 for the specified reserved categories. Those amounts are reported figures, not a substitute for the category-specific rules in the applicable official advertisement.
The application route and instructions described at the time were for that 2025 cycle only. They should not be used as evidence that applications are currently open or as instructions for a later recruitment.

Exam schedule and candidate checks
RSSB’s amended schedule, citing a RajKaj reference dated May 12, 2025, listed the examinations between June 2 and June 16, 2025. The notice told candidates to verify that they met the advertised eligibility and educational qualifications and to make sure the photograph on their identity document was current enough to match their appearance at the examination centre.

For a future cycle, use official channels rather than archived application reports. The Rajasthan Recruitment Portal describes the process from registration and notifications through applications, admit cards, examinations, answer keys, shortlists, document verification, results and later stages. RSSB’s official website publishes recruitment advertisements, results, admit cards and candidate guidance. Confirm the dates and requirements in the current official notice before acting.
