Grow with the platform’s own discovery tools, protect your login and email, and never give a manager your password. The official guidance available for this topic is Fansly-specific: its discovery and security features should not be assumed to apply to OnlyFans. For OnlyFans, use its official site and check its current help center for platform-specific instructions.
Use platform-native tools to build a Fansly audience
Fansly’s Creator Guide describes the For You page, profile categories, and hashtags as ways to help people discover creators. It also covers profile setup, posting, messaging, subscriptions, and pay-per-view content. These are available tools, not promises of followers, income, or a particular algorithmic result.
Start with a complete profile and use categories and relevant hashtags to describe what you post. Keep a posting and communication routine you can sustain. Treat subscription and pay-per-view options as parts of your offer, rather than assuming that more frequent promotion alone will produce growth.
Secure the creator account and its email
Your linked email is part of your account’s security boundary: someone who controls it may be able to interfere with account recovery. Fansly’s hacked-account instructions recommend changing to a strong, unique password, securing the linked email, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on both accounts where possible. Fansly’s account-basics collection also describes 2FA as protection against unauthorized logins and creator payout requests.

Do not reuse the same password across Fansly, email, or other services. Fansly recommends unique credentials; a password manager is one way to keep distinct passwords, but it is not a substitute for 2FA or careful handling of recovery access.
Give managers delegated access, not your password
A legitimate service arrangement does not require you to hand over the credentials that control your creator account. Fansly documents Management Sessions so trusted assistants or managers can access an account without receiving the creator’s password, and recommends using 2FA. Check Fansly’s current Creator Security FAQ for its instructions before granting access.

Before hiring an agency or manager, make sure you understand the service and the terms in writing. Clarify the work they will perform, fees and payment timing, who owns the account and content, how either party can end the arrangement, and whether you can verify references. These are sensible contract checks, not guarantees that a provider is trustworthy.
Check the site before signing in
Fansly says its official site is fansly.com and that other domains imitating Fansly are fraudulent. Before entering credentials, check the domain in the address bar rather than trusting a link in a message, advertisement, or social post. For OnlyFans, use its official site; the Fansly domain warning is not an OnlyFans-specific instruction.

Be cautious of anyone who asks you to log in through a lookalike page, send a password or verification code, or pay an unexplained fee in exchange for guaranteed growth. The Fansly materials cited here do not establish a scam rate or a typical growth outcome, so no provider can be judged by a promised follower or income figure alone.
Use privacy controls with realistic expectations
Fansly’s Creator Security FAQ describes Privacy & Safety controls, timeline visibility settings, and blocking. Review the current settings to manage who can see your timeline and who can contact you, and block or report accounts that violate your boundaries.
These controls can help manage exposure and unwanted contact; they cannot guarantee that a viewer will not record, copy, or redistribute content. Decide what you are comfortable publishing with that limitation in mind.

Fansly says creators must be at least 18 and legally adults where they live, and describes age, identity, and consent verification in its Getting Started guide. Submit identity documents only through the platform’s official process. Do not send them to an unsolicited recruiter, manager, or account-recovery contact.
