The reported figures portray Islamabad as much further advanced, while Karachi’s procurement has faced tender and financing delays. The difference in their proposed FY 2026–27 amounts should not be read as a measure of total project cost or as proof that either request will be funded.

Startup and venture support
TechJuice and TNS World report a proposal of PKR 1.802 billion for startup and venture initiatives. The reports do not establish that this amount was approved or disbursed.
Semiconductor skills
TechJuice reports PKR 1.017 billion proposed for the National Semiconductor HR Development Program; TNS World describes the request as more than PKR 1 billion. These are descriptions of a proposed amount, not confirmed funding.
Export compliance
Export-compliance initiatives are among the areas named in TechJuice’s account, but the report does not establish a separate amount for them.

TechJuice reports that e-Rozgaar has 80 centres across 30 districts and more than 6,500 freelancer workstations. It also describes training, internships and certification-reimbursement schemes. Those reported programme details do not verify how many people completed training, secured work or received reimbursements.
