Kode rekening belanja ARKAS membantu sekolah menyusun rencana dan laporan penggunaan dana, tetapi PDF berjudul “Kode Rekening Belanja ARKAS 2024–2025” yang beredar di Scribd tidak terbukti sebagai daftar resmi nasional. Gunakan PDF itu hanya sebagai petunjuk pencarian; pastikan kode dan uraian barang cocok dengan referensi dalam ARKAS serta ketentuan tahun anggaran dan arahan dinas pendidikan setempat.
Apa fungsi kode rekening belanja di ARKAS?
Dalam ARKAS 4, kode referensi menjadi pedoman bagi bendahara sekolah saat menyusun rencana dan laporan penggunaan dana. Kode yang dipilih perlu sesuai dengan jenis belanja dan kegiatan yang benar; keberadaan suatu kode di salinan PDF saja tidak memastikan bahwa kode itu tepat untuk transaksi atau rencana sekolah Anda. Cara memeriksa kode dan uraian barang
- Mulai dari referensi di ARKAS. Cari jenis belanja dan uraian barang pada pilihan yang tersedia di aplikasi, lalu pastikan pilihan itu sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kegiatan sekolah.
- Periksa kecocokan uraian. Untuk belanja barang, pilihan uraian barang terkait daftar yang dikelola dinas pendidikan. Panduan resmi ARKAS versi 2.00 menjelaskan bahwa dinas dapat menambah, mengubah, atau menghapus pilihan dalam daftar tersebut; panduan lama ini menerangkan mekanisme umum, bukan daftar kode yang berlaku untuk 2024–2025. - Konfirmasikan ketidaksesuaian. Jika barang atau kode tidak tersedia, atau uraian di PDF berbeda dari yang muncul di ARKAS, tanyakan kepada dinas pendidikan yang berwenang. Jangan menebak kode berdasarkan kemiripan nama.

Yang perlu diingat sebelum menggunakan daftar PDF
- Judul yang mencantumkan “2024–2025” bukan bukti bahwa seluruh daftar berlaku untuk setiap daerah atau tahun anggaran.
- Referensi dalam aplikasi dan konfirmasi dari dinas setempat lebih berguna untuk memvalidasi pilihan daripada menyalin kode dari unggahan pihak ketiga.
- Jangan menganggap PDF tersebut telah disahkan hanya karena berisi contoh kategori belanja atau memakai istilah ARKAS.
