LinkedIn describes Cogxim Technologies Pvt Ltd as a software development company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and lists an employee range of 11–50. The website reached from cogxim.com identifies itself as Exillien and names EXILLIEN SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED in its footer, alongside a Jaipur address and company identification number. These details establish a visible branding and site mismatch, but do not establish that one company legally succeeded, acquired or rebranded the other. A buyer who needs to know the contracting entity should verify it through current authoritative company filings and the vendor’s proposed contract.
The website describes its offerings as bespoke business software and services, with a particular focus on automobile businesses, petrol pumps and transporters. It also lists software development, mobile app and web development, e-commerce solutions, consulting, testing, training and support. These are company descriptions, not independent assessments of product capability.

Petro Genius is described for petrol pump, bunk or station accounting and billing. The site also publishes a testimonial attributed to Kundan Sharma of Pragati Petroleum Services, Jharkhand: “We are using Petro Genius software since March 2013, and it is one of the most useful and easy to use software which we had found in the market.” This is a vendor-published customer testimonial, not independent verification of current product performance or of the testimonial’s claims.
Transport Genius
Transport Genius is presented for fleet, logistics and transport management. The company’s public product description does not, by itself, confirm which functions, integrations or deployment options are included in a particular plan.

How should a buyer evaluate Cogxim?
Because the available public feedback is sparse and uneven, use reviews as prompts for questions rather than as a final verdict. Verify the product and the company that would actually provide it before committing.

- Get implementation and support terms in writing. Clarify migration, setup, training and ongoing support responsibilities, including response-time commitments, update arrangements and any extra charges.
- Understand the full commitment and exit path. Review total price, contract duration, renewal and termination terms, and how you can retrieve your data if service ends. Confirm whether access continues during an export or transition period.
