In the Chase Mobile app, sign in, tap the checking or savings account you need, then tap “Show details.” Chase displays that account’s account and routing numbers there. Make sure you have selected the right account before using the numbers.
Find the numbers in Chase Mobile
- Open Chase Mobile and sign in.
- Tap the checking or savings account tile for the account you need.
- Tap “Show details.” Read the account and routing numbers shown in the account details. Chase’s instructions give this path.
The two numbers belong to the specific account you selected. If you have more than one checking or savings account, verify the account name before copying the details.
What the account and routing numbers identify
The routing number is a nine-digit code that identifies a U.S. bank or credit union for a transaction. The account number identifies your individual account. They are not interchangeable, and neither is your debit card number. Use the pair associated with the Chase account involved in the payment or deposit. Choose another way to retrieve them

Use a prefilled form for direct deposit
If you need the information to set up payroll direct deposit, Chase offers a prefilled form for a selected account. In Chase Mobile, select the destination account, swipe up, tap “Set up direct deposit form,” review or update the information, then tap “Create form.” Chase says you can download, print, or email the completed form. Chase’s direct-deposit instructions describe the steps and delivery options.

Try the browser, assistant, or check options above. If those do not work or the account details are unavailable, Chase lists personal banking support at 1-800-935-9935. Chase’s customer-service page provides the support information.
