Navosoft’s AI Signals: What Australian Investors Should Verify

There is no verified evidence establishing who operates Navosoft’s AI trading signals or whether the service is available in Australia. Here’s how to check an investment offer and assess AI trading claims.

There is not enough verified information to confirm that a trading-signal service called Navosoft exists, who operates it, or whether it is available in Australia. A similarly named company, NavSoft, describes enterprise AI products on its NavAI site, but the available information does not establish that it is the same entity or that it offers trading signals. Treat claims about “Navosoft’s AI Signals” as unverified until you can confirm the exact provider and product.

What is verified about Navosoft’s AI signals?

The available information does not verify a Navosoft trading product, its operator, how any signals work, its fees, performance, Australian availability, or its Australian financial-services licence status. The similarly named NavSoft describes enterprise AI for business data and workflows; that name similarity is not proof of a connection to a trading service.

That means there is no sound basis to describe Navosoft’s signals as successful, independently tested, or suitable for Australian investors. It also does not establish that the service is a scam. The key first step is to identify the exact website and legal entity behind any offer.

How to check an Australian investment offer

  1. Identify the legal provider. Find the business’s full legal name, its Australian financial services (AFS) licence number if it claims to provide a regulated financial service, and the precise website address. Do not rely on a brand name alone.
  2. Check ASIC records. Search the provider’s name and licence number in ASIC’s official records, then compare the listing with the business or opportunity you were offered. Moneysmart’s “Check before you invest” guidance explains this process.
  3. Read the licence scope and product documents. Confirm that the entity and the service match the offer. A licence is not ASIC endorsement and does not guarantee that a business, product, or advice is safe or that you will avoid losses.
  4. Check alerts, but do not treat a clear result as proof of safety. Moneysmart says its investor alert list is non-exhaustive. A provider’s absence from the list does not establish that it is legitimate.

Why AI trading claims deserve scrutiny

ASIC warns that investment scams may promote AI trading bots and promise quick or easy returns. ASIC Commissioner Alan Kirkland said in a 2026 media release: “Scammers offer guaranteed, quick and easy investment returns, often claiming to leverage the latest AI technology to make money with minimal effort.” That is a general warning about scam tactics, not a finding about Navosoft.

ASIC reported removing 11,964 phishing and investment scam websites in 2025, a 90% increase over the 6,270 removed in the previous 12-month period. Those are website takedown figures; they do not measure losses caused by AI trading products or show anything specific about Navosoft. See ASIC’s 2026 warning on AI-powered online investment scams.

What Australian trading rules do—and do not—mean

ASIC announced in 2026 that amendments to market-integrity rules covering trading systems and algorithms, including AI and machine learning, are scheduled to take effect in 2028. ASIC Commissioner Simone Constant said: “Trading on Australia’s markets is now almost entirely automated, and the adoption of AI is increasing.” These are rules for market participants, not a consumer approval scheme for signal services; the future start date should not be mistaken for a current certification. Details are in ASIC’s 2026 announcement.

There is also a broader risk beyond whether a signal algorithm predicts price movements accurately. In its 6 December 2023 Report REP 778 on online trading providers, ASIC raised concerns that AI-enabled digital engagement and gamification could encourage excessive trading and poor outcomes. That report discusses providers ASIC reviewed; it is not a finding about Navosoft.

What to demand before paying for signals

If a provider supplies evidence of a real product, assess the offer on documents you can verify rather than a persuasive headline. Ask for:

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
  • Operator and regulatory details: the legal entity, its jurisdiction, and any licence details relevant to the service.
  • Clear product mechanics: whether signals are information only or can trigger trades, and which assets, markets, or accounts they cover.
  • Complete performance records: dated results that distinguish live trading from backtests and include losing periods, fees, and the assumptions used. Screenshots or selected winning trades alone are not a complete record.
  • Costs and conflicts: every subscription, transaction, referral, or other fee, plus any relationship that could influence the recommendations.
  • Risk and account controls: what happens during volatile markets, how losses are limited (if they are), and whether you retain control of trades and funds.
  • Cancellation and data terms: how to stop the service, what happens to your account information, and whether a free trial converts into a paid plan.

Until those basics are independently checkable, do not treat performance claims or marketing language as evidence that a system can reliably make money.
