No—Amazon.com does not provide an ordinary way to withdraw an Amazon gift card balance to a bank account. Amazon’s terms say gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and no portion of an Amazon.com Balance may be transferred to another Amazon.com account. The practical option is to use the balance for eligible Amazon purchases.
Can I transfer my Amazon gift card balance to my bank account?
For an Amazon.com gift card balance, the answer is no under Amazon’s stated terms. They prohibit cash redemption and transfers of Amazon.com Balance to another Amazon.com account. The terms do not describe a bank withdrawal method. Amazon-hosted Seller Central forum page reproducing the terms

That means there is no policy-compliant cash-out method established for moving this balance into checking or savings. Plan to spend it on eligible purchases through Amazon.com rather than trying to convert it to cash.
Is an Amazon Pay or bank-funded balance the same thing?
No. A gift card balance and a payment balance funded from a bank account are different. Amazon Payments’ agreement describes approved customers moving money from a bank account to fund a balance in a specific Amazon Gift Cards on Demand service. That is an inbound payment, not a withdrawal of gift-card value to a bank. Amazon Payments agreement

Can Amazon Customer Service cash out my gift card balance?
Amazon’s published terms do not establish a customer-service cash-out option. If you have an unusual account issue, you can contact Amazon through its official support channels, but do not assume support can convert a gift card balance to cash.
What if Amazon put my refund into gift card balance by mistake?
Contact Amazon support promptly through the order or account help flow and explain what happened. Ask whether the specific credit can be corrected. A reversal is not guaranteed by the terms cited here, so avoid relying on it until Amazon confirms the outcome.

How to protect the balance
- Do not give a claim code to a stranger, resale site, exchange service, or anyone promising to transfer the balance to your bank. Once a code is shared, someone else may spend its value.
- Do not pay a person or business—including someone claiming to be Amazon support or a government agency—with gift cards. Amazon warns that gift cards are for purchases on Amazon.com and that scammers use requests for codes to take funds. Amazon: Common Gift Card Scams

- If a scam or unauthorized transaction is involved, report it through Amazon’s official help channels and contact your bank or card issuer if their account or card was affected. Do the rules differ outside the United States?
Amazon.co.uk’s terms also say gift cards and unused balances cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts, but those terms apply to the UK marketplace, not Amazon.com.
