That makes it a practical starting point if you want to smell a scent before committing to a bottle. Use the store locator to check current locations and hours, then contact the branch or check its current channels if you need a particular brand or product; the locator does not confirm local stock.
Where to shop online: iShopChangi
iShopChangi’s fragrance category includes perfumes and fragrances, including designer and niche brands and gift sets. The retailer says its products are sourced from authorised retailers and duty-free partners. Its arrangements differ for travellers and non-travellers, so the right option depends on your plans and the listing.
If you are travelling
iShopChangi says travellers can shop ahead of a flight and use airport collection options. Confirm that the item is available for your journey and check the collection point, timing and other conditions on the current listing and fulfilment information.

If you are not travelling
Non-travellers can also shop online; selected items may offer collection or delivery. Availability and terms vary by item, so verify the option shown for the specific perfume rather than assuming every product can be delivered or collected.
Choose between online and in-store
iShopChangi’s FAQ says, “Neither option is inherently better.” In a physical shop, you can experience the scent before buying; online, you may find broader selection and the convenience of shopping without visiting a store. Weigh those trade-offs against the product’s fulfilment options and any travel-related eligibility.

Where to shop at Changi Airport: Shilla Duty Free
Shilla says its cosmetics and perfume stores are located across Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4. Check its FAQ and current airport information for terminal locations and hours before making a special trip.
Do not assume that every shopper pays a tax-free price. Shilla describes GST savings for specified circumstances, including goods taken out of Singapore and certain arrival, departure, pre-order or member purchases. Eligibility depends on the purchase and shopper circumstances; check the current terms that apply to your transaction.
