Avexbot by Avenix Fzco: What Its Forex Trading Claims Do—and Don’t—Show

Avexbot is marketed as an automated MetaTrader 4 (MT4) Expert Advisor for GBP/USD, but the available sources do not independently verify its advertised returns or live trading performance. The central issue is the gap between the vendor’s claims—including “around 100% yearly profit” and a martingale recovery sequence—and evidence that would establish how the system performs in real trading.

What Avexbot is designed to trade

Avexbot’s official product listing describes an Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4, focused on the GBP/USD currency pair and the 15-minute (M15) timeframe. The vendor says it uses average values from daily candlesticks to identify trends and open buy or sell positions, with stop orders at a designated stop-loss level. These are product-description claims, not an independent inspection of the software.

In an April 1, 2025 launch announcement, Avenix Fzco also said the EA was refined using high-quality tick data from Tick Data Suite, operated by Thinkberry SRL. The company described the system as using candlestick momentum mapping, stop-loss settings, and real-time position-sizing adjustments. That announcement describes the company’s development process; it does not establish how the EA performs on a live account.

Does Avexbot really make 100% a year?

Avexbot’s product page claims “around 100% yearly profit” on a $10,000 deposit and says the system has been tested and refined from 2016 onward. Those figures are vendor statements. The available sources do not provide independently verified live-account results, an audited performance record, or enough detail to establish the conditions behind the claimed annual return.

Historical testing—even when based on detailed tick data—does not by itself show what a buyer will earn. A meaningful performance assessment would need information such as the test period and settings, broker and execution assumptions, costs, drawdowns, and results from live trading. The launch announcement’s description of tick-data refinement is not a substitute for that evidence.

Does the Avexbot robot use martingale?

The product page describes loss recovery and reports that the system reached a ninth recovery step once, with a maximum lot size of 30 lots. This is the vendor’s account of the strategy, not an independently verified trade record. A martingale-style recovery approach typically increases exposure after losses in an effort to recover them if the market reverses. If adverse moves continue, larger positions can deepen losses quickly.

A stop-loss can limit a position’s loss under some trading conditions, but it does not eliminate strategy risk. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses; execution conditions and gaps can also affect the outcome. The product page itself warns that Forex is volatile, that leverage can magnify profits and losses, and that losses may be substantial.

How much capital does Avexbot require?

The product listing displays a $10,000 price and separately states a minimum trading capital of $10,000. It does not clarify whether those are separate sums, and the listing does not establish whether the displayed purchase price remains current. Treat both amounts as claims shown on the vendor’s page, not as a confirmed total cost. The stated minimum trading capital is not a guarantee that this amount would be sufficient to absorb losses.

Is Avexbot regulated?

The available sources do not establish Avexbot’s regulatory status in any particular jurisdiction. The AMF, France’s financial markets regulator, issued a general warning on March 2, 2023 about automated Forex offers from entities not authorized to provide investment services in France. It said: “The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is calling on the public to be extremely vigilant regarding automated Forex trading offers from entities that are not authorised to provide investment services in France.” The AMF warning does not name Avexbot and is not evidence that Avexbot is fraudulent or unauthorized.

Authorization requirements depend on the service and jurisdiction. A product description or company announcement is not proof of regulatory authorization. Anyone considering the offer should check the relevant regulator’s records for the specific company and service in their country, and clarify which entity would receive payment and provide support.

What to verify before considering an automated Forex system

For Avexbot, the public claims establish what the vendor says the product does; they do not settle its live performance, total cost, or regulatory status. Before risking money, seek clear answers to the following:

  • Performance evidence: Is there a complete, independently verifiable live track record, distinct from backtests?
  • Downside exposure: What are the maximum drawdown and worst-case loss scenarios, including any martingale or grid behavior?
  • Trading assumptions: Which broker, spreads, commissions, slippage, and execution conditions were used in testing?
  • Scope: Are results limited to GBP/USD and M15, or supported by evidence for other pairs or timeframes?
  • Costs and capital: What is the current software price, what trading capital is required, and are those amounts separate?
  • Regulatory checks: Is the relevant provider authorized where you live, and can that be confirmed directly with the regulator?
  • Reproducibility: Is a demo or independently reproducible test available, and does it behave consistently with the advertised method?

These checks matter for any EA, not only Avexbot. No independently documented competing product or comparable live-performance record is established by the sources cited here, so there is no sound basis for ranking Avexbot against other robots.
