In Eater Vegas’s February 1, 2023 guide, the highest explicit tasting-menu price among the restaurants covered here was Restaurant Guy Savoy at $615 per person with wine. Joël Robuchon was listed at $485 per person, while Bazaar Meat offered tasting menus at $275 and $195 per person. These are published menu prices, not a consistent ranking of final bills: the Guy Savoy price includes wine, and the guide does not establish that the other figures include tax, gratuity, or beverages.
Las Vegas’s priciest published tasting menus in 2023
The figures below are a dated comparison of selected high-end tasting menus—not proof of the single most expensive restaurant in Las Vegas by total guest check. Eater Vegas updated its guide on February 1, 2023; the separate Bazaar Meat José’s Way price comes from a SAHARA Las Vegas press release issued in May 2023.

How to interpret the prices
Menu price is not necessarily the amount you pay
A per-person tasting-menu price is a useful starting point for budgeting, but it is not automatically the final cost of dinner. SAHARA’s group dining brochure explicitly says its per-person prices exclude beverages, tax, fees, and gratuity, and notes that optional premium courses can add cost. That brochure is evidence of the stated pricing structure for its group menus; it does not establish that every detail applied to every menu or throughout 2023.
Compare like with like
Guy Savoy’s $615 figure explicitly includes wine, while the other figures are menu prices whose all-in treatment is not established in the cited guide. Course count and menu version also differ. The $275 Bazaar Meat menu is the 16-course ultimate tasting; its $195 price is for a 12-course tasting, and SAHARA later identified José’s Way at $205. Without consistent information about inclusions, add-ons, tax, and service, ranking these by expected final bill would be misleading.

What the 2023 figures do—and do not—show
For this dated selection, Guy Savoy has the largest stated number, but that number includes wine. The available published prices support a shortlist of especially expensive tasting-menu experiences, not a comprehensive survey of every Las Vegas restaurant or an indisputable winner under every measure of cost. They are published menu or event prices, not independently measured completed checks.
Later prices should not be substituted for 2023 figures. For example, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants’ menu, accessed October 8, 2026, lists $199.99 per person; MGM Resorts International announced a specific October 2026 Joël Robuchon white-truffle event at $595 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Those are later, distinct offerings and do not revise the historical comparison.
