Today, Superdrug lists Stuart home delivery in selected postcodes and separately advertises delivery through Just Eat in as little as 30 minutes. Which option you can use—and its total cost—depends on your postcode, local store and checkout.
What was Superdrug’s “super express” service?
The phrase comes from a T3 article published on 1 May 2020. It described same-day delivery for Superdrug online orders through delivery company Stuart. The article’s booking steps and prices are historical, not instructions or a price guarantee for today. Read the 2020 T3 article.
How Superdrug delivery works now
Quick Home Delivery with Stuart
Superdrug’s current delivery hub lists “Quick Home Delivery with Stuart” for selected postcodes, between 11am and 4pm. It says delivery may be arranged after an order is confirmed, charges apply, and prices start at £5.40 excluding VAT. Check the live booking flow for eligibility, the final charge and available timing, and check the store’s opening hours before booking. Superdrug delivery options.
The 2020 T3 article said customers should choose “Order & Collect in 30 mins,” confirm store coverage, select “Rapid Home Delivery,” choose a local store within 2.5 miles, then use or create a Stuart account and enter their Superdrug order details. It specified a slot at least an hour after the confirmation email, between 11am and 4pm, and a starting price of £5.40 excluding VAT, varying with parcel size and distance. It also described live tracking after dispatch. Treat these as the steps and terms reported in 2020; follow the current Superdrug and Stuart checkout instead.

Delivery through Just Eat
Superdrug also advertises delivery through Just Eat in as little as 30 minutes from a local store. The retailer lists a selection of over 8,000 products, including makeup, fragrance, healthcare, toiletries and baby essentials. To check whether it is offered to you, download the Just Eat app, enter your postcode and search for a nearby Superdrug. Geographic restrictions, delivery fees and service fees apply; the “as little as 30 minutes” wording is not a guaranteed delivery time. Superdrug on Just Eat.

Superdrug’s delivery hub also lists free in-store pickup from 30 minutes when products are in stock, next-day delivery at £4.90, and standard delivery normally within four working days. Why older Stuart details may not match your checkout
A Superdrug press release describes a Stuart “Store to Door” service in Scotland, covering nine stores in Glasgow and Edinburgh regions and an approximate five-mile radius around those stores, with delivery in up to two hours. It gave a starting price of £5.40 within 1.5 miles of the chosen store, with prices capped according to location, and said the service required a free Health & Beautycard and a £15 minimum order. The release’s publication date is not stated in the retrieved text, so these geographic details and conditions should not be treated as current without checking the live service.
