If you mean the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) document titled S1905 Registration Update Sheet, the available copy says it is for “Account Enrollment in Online Registration and Update System” (ORUS). It is not the same document as BIR Form 1905. The S1905 copy is hosted on Scribd and marked August 2022, so verify with the BIR or your registered Revenue District Office (RDO) before using it or sending personal information.
What is the Taxpayer Registration Update Form?
“Taxpayer Registration Update Form” is not a globally unique official form title. For Philippine taxpayers, the closest match is the BIR’s S1905 Registration Update Sheet, whose reproduced August 2022 copy identifies its purpose as “For Account Enrollment in Online Registration and Update System.” The copy says the sheet is used to provide information for updating taxpayer registration records as part of ORUS account enrollment. The available copy is hosted on Scribd, not on a BIR website. Its stated instructions and email-submission process therefore should be treated as what that August 2022 reproduction says, not as confirmation of the current procedure.
S1905 Registration Update Sheet vs. BIR Form 1905
These are distinct documents, not interchangeable versions of one form. BIR Form 1905 is an official BIR PDF titled “Application for Registration Information Update/Correction/Cancellation,” marked October 2025 (ENCS). The reproduced sheet asks users to print the information to be updated, support it with documents, and sign its declaration. Its fields include:

The sheet says the designated email should be the taxpayer’s official address and may be used for BIR orders, notices, letters, and other communications. It specifies that this should be the individual’s or non-individual taxpayer’s email, rather than a representative’s or tax agent’s address.

- For a representative: an SPA or board resolution/secretary’s certificate, plus government IDs for the signatory and representative.
Its submission note says the sheet may be emailed to the RDO where the taxpayer is registered. For individuals, it says the sender should use the email entered in the designated-email field unless a representative is transacting. These are instructions printed on that reproduced copy; current acceptance, requirements, and submission channels were not confirmed through a primary BIR source. Check directly with BIR or your RDO before emailing identity documents or other personal information.
Declaration and data privacy language
The declaration on the reproduced sheet includes: “I declare, under the penalties of perjury, that this application has been made in good faith, verified by me and to the best of my knowledge and belief, is true and correct, pursuant to the provisions of and the regulations issued under authority thereof.” Read the declaration on the version you are asked to use and make sure the information is accurate before signing.

- Identify the task: ORUS account enrollment, a registration change or correction, or cancellation.
- Check the BIR forms page for the current form and instructions: BIR Forms.
- If the S1905 sheet is mentioned, ask your registered RDO to confirm whether it is still accepted, what supporting documents are required, and how to submit them.
- Use only a submission address or channel confirmed by BIR or your RDO before sending taxpayer records or IDs.
The available sources establish no current S1905 submission procedure beyond the instructions printed on the August 2022 reproduction. They also provide no topic-specific statistics that would clarify the form’s use.
