Taco Bell’s U.S. promotion page currently lists three Luxe Cravings Boxes priced at $5, $7 and $9, each with a different combination of food and a medium fountain drink. The offer is limited-time and only available at participating locations; prices and participation vary by store, tax is extra, and drink exclusions apply. Check your local Taco Bell menu before relying on a listed price or assuming the boxes are available near you.

What comes in each Taco Bell Luxe Cravings Box?

The current lineup below is from Taco Bell’s U.S. promotion page. Each listed box includes Cinnamon Twists and a medium fountain drink, except the $7 box also includes a Chicken Chalupa Supreme. Taco Bell excludes Freezes and specialty beverages from the drink offer, and other exclusions apply.

Box Listed price Included items
Classic Luxe Box $5 Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a medium fountain drink
Supreme Luxe Box $7 Chicken Chalupa Supreme, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a medium fountain drink
Discovery Luxe Box $9 Fajita Street Chalupas, Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, Cinnamon Twists and a medium fountain drink

Taco Bell’s Luxe Cravings Boxes promotion page describes the tiers as go-to favorites at $5, a Supreme option at $7, and the latest menu items at $9. The listed contents can change, particularly for the Discovery Box.

How much are the boxes at your Taco Bell?

The $5, $7 and $9 figures are the prices advertised on Taco Bell’s U.S. promotion page, not a guarantee of the price at every restaurant. Taco Bell says prices and participation vary by location, tax is extra, and the offer is for a limited time. Its online menu and deals page shows location-specific offerings, so set your location and check the current order page for the price that applies to you.

Is the $9 Discovery Box the same everywhere?

Not necessarily. Taco Bell introduced the three price tiers in January 2025 and described the Discovery Box as a rotating way to try a recent menu innovation. The company’s June 23, 2025 newsroom update said that the $9 box then featured an Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Burrito; the current promotion page instead lists Fajita Street Chalupas and a Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito. Older coverage may therefore describe a past version rather than the currently advertised contents.

When Taco Bell announced the boxes on January 7, 2025, it said they would begin January 16 and run through early June. That was the original launch schedule, not a current end date. For present-day availability and contents, the local ordering menu is the more useful check.

How to decide whether a box fits your budget

Compare the listed price with the combination you actually want, rather than assuming a box is automatically the best deal. Local standalone prices can differ, and the advertised national tier alone does not establish a precise savings amount.

  • Choose by entrée: The $5 box pairs a burrito with a Crunchy Taco; the $7 box adds a Chicken Chalupa Supreme; the $9 box has a different combination featuring Fajita Street Chalupas.
  • Account for the included drink: The listed medium fountain drink is not a Freeze or specialty beverage.
  • Check the final local total: Confirm participation, the store’s listed price and tax before placing an order.

What Taco Bell has said about the boxes

In its January 2025 launch announcement, Taco Bell Chief Marketing Officer, North America, Taylor Montgomery said the boxes were intended to offer “more value without compromising quality and choice.” In a June 23, 2025 newsroom update, Taco Bell reported that more than one in four customers returned, matching the return rate it said it had seen with the Cravings Value Meal launch. That is the company’s own reported 2025 figure, not an independently verified current statistic.
