T-Mobile’s free Shake Shack burger offer was a limited-time T-Mobile Tuesdays deal reported on December 3, 2024. The reported deadline to redeem it was December 10, 2024, so the offer has expired. The report described a free ShackBurger with a Shake Shack app pickup order that included at least one other paid item.
What the T-Mobile Shake Shack offer included
Kellen’s December 3, 2024, report for Droid Life said T-Mobile customers could find a free ShackBurger offer in T-Life as part of T-Mobile Tuesdays. The reported redemption process used both T-Life and the Shake Shack app.

According to the report, the pickup order needed at least one other paid item in addition to the burger. It does not establish a full list of exclusions or participating locations.
How customers were told to redeem it
- In T-Life, save the Shake Shack offer to “My Stuff.”
- Before the deadline, redeem the saved offer in T-Life to obtain a code.
- Enter the code at checkout in the Shake Shack app and place a pickup order with at least one other paid item.
Kellen wrote, “The T-Mobile offer says that once you save the offer, you have until December 10 to redeem it.” That was the 2024 deadline, not an active redemption window.
