As of 8 October 2026, 13cabs lists a different promotion: 13ROOS for 25% off eligible app bookings through 30 November 2026, subject to restrictions and a limited discount pool. Check the official terms and the price shown in the app before booking.
Which Swan Taxis or 13cabs discount code is current?
The 20% anniversary discount code 13WA20 appeared in PerthNow’s report of 20 August 2025. It applied to trips booked through the 13cabs app for the following month, so it should be treated as expired, not as a current saving. (PerthNow, 20 August 2025)

As of 8 October 2026, 13cabs’ promotions page lists code 13ROOS for 25% off app bookings from 13 February through 30 November 2026. The offer has a finite discount pool, excludes some locations, allows one code per booking, and may be changed or stopped by the operator. Review the full conditions on the 13cabs promotions page and confirm that the discount appears in your app fare before committing to the trip.
How to apply a 13cabs promotion code
- Open the 13cabs app and enter your pickup and destination details.
- Check the promotion’s official terms to confirm your trip, location and booking meet its conditions.
- Enter the eligible code in the app’s promotion-code field before placing the booking.
- Review the fare displayed for that booking. Do not assume the discount applies unless the app shows the reduced price.
The current offer is described for app bookings; the 2025 anniversary offer was also app-specific. Do not assume a code applies to phone or web bookings.

What changed when Swan Taxis partnered with 13cabs?
PerthNow reported that the partnership began in August 2024 and that Swan’s 1,000-vehicle fleet moved to fixed-price fares. The anniversary report said customers could book, pay and track drivers through the 13cabs app, with other booking options including online, voice automation and speaking with an operator. These figures and details are as reported by PerthNow, rather than independent fleet or service measurements. (PerthNow, 20 August 2025; PerthNow, 27 August 2024)
13cabs now describes Swan Taxis as powered by 13cabs and promotes fixed-price app bookings, vehicle choice, preferred-driver requests, ride tracking and round-the-clock support. Those are operator-described features, not a guarantee of a particular vehicle, pickup time or outcome. See the Swan Taxis page for its current service description.

- Outward-Facing Pickup Display: Blue LED letters face through the windshield toward waiting passengers, helping them identify the vehicle at crowded curbside zones, hotel entrances, airport pickup areas, event venues, and other busy service locations
- Two Display Styles: Choose the compact TAXI version measuring 7.48 x 2.48 in or the taller two-line Ride Share version measuring 7.48 x 4.33 in; each option is sold separately, so drivers can select the outward-facing message that fits their service
- USB Power And Inline Switch: Connect the attached cable to a 5V vehicle USB port or compatible adapter, then use the inline button to turn the blue LED display on or off without disposable batteries, permanent wiring, or changes to the car setup
- Suction Cup Windshield Mount: Fit the transparent suction cups through the side mounting holes and attach the sign to the inside of the front windshield, keeping the lettered side facing outward for passengers and the reverse side facing the cabin
- For Daily Driver Routes: Use the compact passenger pickup marker in cars, SUVs, vans, trucks, and fleet vehicles during airport runs, hotel queues, curbside service, night shifts, event traffic, city routes, and other everyday passenger service needs
What fixed fares mean for a Perth taxi booking
13cabs says customers can select a fixed price before a trip. A quoted fare can make the cost clearer before booking, but the estimate and availability depend on the specific journey. Check the fare displayed for your own pickup, destination and selected service rather than relying on a general estimate. The operator’s Perth taxis page lists app, online and phone booking, and says web bookings can be made up to seven days ahead.
The same page lists sedans, SUVs, MAXI vehicles, wheelchair-accessible taxis, airport transfers, pet taxis and fixed-fare services. Choose a vehicle or accessibility option that suits the trip, then confirm its availability and price for the booking.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to judge whether the offer is worth using
- Compare the final fare shown for your exact trip, including whether the promotion has actually reduced it.
- Check the offer’s location, booking-channel and other conditions before relying on the code.
- Confirm the vehicle type and any accessibility or pet requirements against what is available for your pickup.
- If the discounted fare is not visible or the code is rejected, recheck the terms or book without assuming a discount.
The cited pages do not provide a like-for-like price comparison with other transport providers, so the fare displayed for your own journey is the useful figure to assess.
