The complaint copy says executives were strongly encouraged in April 2016 to attend sessions with a practitioner. It describes qEEG testing using a cap and electrodes, along with conversations about personal and medical history. J.S. alleged that the practitioner shared her test results and personal information with company personnel. These details are allegations in the complaint, not independently established findings. What Bulletproof said
In a statement quoted by GeekWire in 2018, Bulletproof said: “We prefer not to comment on pending litigation; however, we are confident in our position especially since these allegations have already been thoroughly investigated by the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and found to be without merit.” The statement reflects the company’s position.
