Starbucks Rewards members could get one free 12-ounce hot or iced brewed coffee at participating U.S. locations on Monday, February 10, 2025, the day after Super Bowl LIX. The one-day offer has expired; it is not a currently redeemable coupon.
What the February 10, 2025 Starbucks offer included
The promotion covered one 12-ounce hot or iced brewed coffee per Starbucks Rewards member at participating locations. Starbucks described the day as “Starbucks Monday.” Axios reported the offer and its terms on February 10, 2025.
- Eligible drink: one 12-ounce hot or iced brewed coffee.
- Limit: one free coffee per member.
- Customizations: could cost extra.
- Reported exclusions: Nitro Cold Brew, Cold Brew, Starbucks Reserve coffee, and delivery services.

How members could redeem it
Members could apply the coupon in the Starbucks app for a mobile order. For an in-store or drive-through order, they could tell the barista they were redeeming the coupon. The reported offer was limited to participating locations.

What new members had to do
According to Starbucks, people who joined Starbucks Rewards through the app by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on February 9 could receive the coupon in the app. People who joined on February 10 were directed to ask a barista in-store. Axios’ February 5 preview reported the advance signup deadline.
Why the current Starbucks Monday page describes a different offer
Starbucks later announced a separate promotion for Monday, February 9, 2026. That offer required a qualifying beverage purchase of equal or greater value to receive a free tall brewed hot or iced coffee at participating U.S. stores; delivery was excluded and the limit was one per member. Those are 2026 terms, not a continuation of the February 2025 free-coffee offer. See Starbucks’ Starbucks Monday page.

Starbucks’ Rewards terms say program benefits may change or be discontinued, and individual offers may carry restrictions and expiration periods. The standing terms do not make the expired 2025 coupon valid today. The company’s 2026 Rewards announcement also reported 35.5 million active U.S. members; that company figure is not a count of participants in the 2025 promotion.
