Is the pink Bearista the same cup as the original?
No. The Pink Bearista was a separate, Pink Drink-inspired collectible with a hat and strawberry straw topper. Starbucks announced Reserve member online early access for July 9, 2026, followed by a July 13 launch in select coffeehouses across the U.S., Canada, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, while supplies lasted. Starbucks set a two-item-per-customer limit in coffeehouses for that release. Those dates have passed and do not establish the original cup’s upcoming terms.
There was also a separate soccer-themed Bearista Cup. Starbucks announced it for participating coffeehouses in Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, with U.S. online access through Starbucks Shop for Reserve-tier Rewards members starting June 11, 2026, while supplies lasted. Why might the cup sell out quickly?
Starbucks Global Chief Brand Officer Tressie Lieberman wrote on July 17, 2026, that the original Glass Bearista Cold Cup “went viral and sold out in less than a day” during the previous holiday season. She also said the limited-edition Pink Bearista “mostly sold out by 7 a.m. across North America” on its sale day. These are Starbucks’ reported figures, not independently audited sales statistics, and they do not guarantee how quickly the 2026 holiday release will sell out.
