The Southwest 30% Cyber Week promo code was CYBERSALE, but it is no longer valid. Southwest’s offer applied to select 2025 flights and expired years ago. As of October 8, 2026, Southwest’s deals page showed a separate offer of up to 40% off base fares, with booking due that day; check the current Southwest flight deals page for any newer offer and its terms.
Is the Southwest 30% Cyber Monday code still available?
No. The matching Southwest promotion was a 2024 Cyber Week sale, not a standing annual Cyber Monday discount. Southwest said customers could book December 2–5, 2024 with code CYBERSALE for up to 30% off base fares on select flights. Its booking window and eligible travel dates have passed.

The 30% was the maximum discount on eligible base fares, not a promise that every flight was discounted by that amount or that the total ticket price would fall by 30%. Government taxes and fees were excluded from the discount, and restrictions, exclusions, blackout dates, and limited seats, days, and markets applied. See Southwest’s offer announcement and terms.
CYBERSALE offer dates and eligibility
- Booking: December 2–5, 2024.
- Select U.S. flights: travel January 7–March 5, 2025.
- International and Hawaii flights: travel January 7–May 22, 2025.
- Discount: up to 30% off eligible base fares, before government taxes and fees.
How Southwest’s later offers differed
Southwest’s Cyber Week promotions have varied by year. The 2025 announcement offered up to 50% off base fares on select continental U.S. travel with code 50CYBER, for bookings by December 4, 2025 and travel January 6–March 4, 2026. That promotion is also expired; it does not mean the 30% offer repeats each Cyber Monday.

On October 8, 2026, Southwest’s flight deals page displayed up to 40% off base fares on select flights for travel October 26, 2026–March 3, 2027, with booking by October 8. That was a dated snapshot, and its booking deadline was the same day as the snapshot. No later Cyber Monday 2026 offer is established here. How to check a Southwest sale fare before booking
- Check the offer terms. Confirm the booking deadline, eligible travel dates, markets, exclusions, and whether a promo code is required. A sale may not cover the route or dates you want.
- Compare dates and routes. Use Southwest’s Low Fare Calendar to view available fares by market and date. Southwest notes that sale fares may not apply to every flight, route, or date and can sell out. Its fare-sale and Low Fare Calendar guidance explains how to search.
- Enter the code if the offer requires one. Southwest says promo codes go in the Promo Code field on Southwest.com or in the Southwest app. The offer’s own terms and expiration control whether a code works.
- Check the fare before paying. Make sure the discount appears for the selected itinerary, then compare the final amount, including taxes and fees. Do not treat a base-fare discount as the same percentage off the total ticket price.
What “up to” means for your travel budget
“Up to 30% off” describes the maximum advertised discount for eligible base fares; it does not establish typical savings or guarantee a discount on a particular itinerary. Availability can vary by flight, route, and date, and seats at a sale fare may sell out. The useful comparison is the final price for your actual dates and route, with taxes and fees included—not just the promotional percentage.
