Seattle-based Scowtt announced a $12 million Series A on December 8, 2025, to grow its advertising software business. Led by Inspired Capital, the round backs Scowtt’s pitch to help businesses use customer relationship management (CRM) data and other first-party signals to guide ad optimization. The company describes its product as an intelligence layer that estimates customer value and sends predictive signals to supported advertising platforms.

What Scowtt announced

Scowtt’s December 8, 2025 funding announcement says the company raised $12 million in a Series A led by Inspired Capital. LiveRamp Ventures, Angeles Investors, and Angeles Ventures also participated. The release describes Scowtt as founded in 2024 and headquartered in Seattle.

Founder and CEO Eduardo Indacochea said he spent nearly two decades building advertising platforms at Meta, Google, and Microsoft. Scowtt frames its product around a limitation of platform-level ad optimization: an ad platform may not have all the information a business holds about its own customers. That is the company’s positioning, not an independently established assessment of the advertising market.

How Scowtt says its software works

Scowtt describes its software as a layer between customer data and advertising campaigns. In the company’s account, the system uses customer activity and outcomes to estimate potential customer value, then activates predictive signals in supported ad platforms. Its stated optimization targets include lead quality, conversions, revenue, and customer lifetime value.

The company lists Salesforce and HubSpot among its CRM integrations, alongside Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Google Calendar. Its product materials also describe AI sales engagement through SMS, chat, phone, and email. These are company-listed integrations and capabilities; availability can depend on the customer’s setup, so businesses should confirm which connections and features are included for their use case.

What the published performance figures show—and do not show

Scowtt’s website presents a 59% return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) increase for a LaserAway case example and a 38% ROAS increase for a Bellevue University example. These figures are published by Scowtt, not independently verified results in the available sources. The company’s public materials do not establish the measurement methodology, comparison period, or whether the results are typical of other customers.

Indacochea said in the funding announcement: “We built Scowtt to bridge that gap. We use cutting-edge AI to unlock the full potential of customers’ first-party data and deliver the kind of performance that simply wasn’t possible before.” This is the CEO’s description of the company’s ambition; it is not independent evidence that the claimed performance is achieved across advertisers.

What a business buyer should verify

Scowtt presents itself as a business-to-business product and describes a demo-led sales process. Its public materials reviewed here do not establish a consumer purchase option or provide enough detail to assess pricing. For a company considering the platform, practical questions include:

  • Which CRM and advertising-platform integrations are available for your specific account, region, and campaign setup?
  • What volume and quality of first-party data does the system need, and how does it handle incomplete or inconsistent records?
  • How does Scowtt define and measure outcomes such as lead quality, ROAS, and lifetime value? Ask for the baseline, attribution window, comparison group, and treatment of other campaign changes.
  • What data-security, access-control, and retention terms apply to customer data?
  • What onboarding work is required, and how are fees calculated under the company’s outcome-linked pricing description?

The sources available for this article do not independently benchmark Scowtt against other advertising tools or validate adoption, comparative performance, or market size. The funding announcement establishes the financing and company details; product capabilities and customer results are presented by Scowtt itself.
