Seattle-based Curi Bio announced a $10 million Series B financing on December 2, 2025, led by South Korean company DreamCIS. Curi Bio said it will use the funding to scale its preclinical drug-discovery platforms and expand work across several disease areas.

What does Curi Bio do?
Curi Bio develops preclinical drug-discovery platforms for pharmaceutical companies and research organizations. Its approach brings together human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived cells, tissue-specific biosystems, and analysis of functional data. What will the $10 million fund?
Curi Bio said it would use the proceeds to scale its integrated platforms and advance development in cardiac, skeletal muscle, metabolic, smooth muscle, and neuromuscular disease areas. The announcement describes the intended use of funds, not a breakdown of spending by program or disease area.
Is this the same $10 million Curi Bio raised before?
No. Curi Bio announced a separate $10 million Series A second closing on December 29, 2021. The financing announced in December 2025 is a Series B. The matching amount does not mean the two announcements refer to the same round.
