PerthNow reported that two Western Australians held Division One-winning tickets in Saturday Lotto draw #4609, with three winning tickets nationally sharing a prize of $2,162,532.87 each. The article does not say where the third ticket was sold, and the WA count and prize figures are not independently confirmed here.

What other prize figures did PerthNow report?
The report also said seven WA tickets won Division Two and 147 West Australians won Division Three, listing $979.15 for each Division Three winner. Its printed Division Two amount, “$11,523,10,” appears malformed; it should not be treated as a reliable prize figure or silently corrected.
How certain are these results?
The figures and winner counts above are attributed to PerthNow’s report, not verified official draw data. An official Lotterywest result record was not available for confirmation here, so the WA winner count, prize details and malformed Division Two amount remain unconfirmed.
