Original and revised SSC CHSL 2025 correction dates
| Schedule | Dates and closing time | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Originally announced | 23–24 July 2025; closed at 23:00 on 24 July | SSC CHSL 2025 examination notice |
| Revised dates | 25–26 July 2025; reported closing time was 23:00 on 26 July | Hindustan Times, 23 July 2025; SSC Southern Region also listed an application-correction notice dated 23 July 2025 |
The revised dates were reported contemporaneously as a change announced by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). SSC’s Southern Region notice board confirms that it listed a CHSL 2025 application-correction notice dated 23 July, but the notice PDF itself is not available here for direct verification. The original dates and correction rules below come from SSC’s accessible examination notice.
Who could use the correction facility, and what did it cost?
This was a limited correction opportunity for applicants, not a fresh application period. Under SSC’s original notice, a candidate could make corrections only if SSC had received the completed application and applicable fee within the specified application period.
- Up to two correction submissions were permitted during the window.
- The first correction submission cost ₹200; the second cost ₹500.
- The charges applied regardless of the candidate’s gender or category.
These conditions and charges are from SSC’s CHSL 2025 examination notice.

Is the SSC CHSL 2025 form correction window open now?
No. The July 2025 correction window has expired. As of 8 October 2026, SSC’s notice boards show CHSL 2025 has advanced to final-result and allocation-stage notices, including a final-result declaration listed on 7 October 2026. Check the SSC homepage and the SSC Southern Region notice board for current official notices and any instructions relevant to a candidate’s selection stage. The historical correction-window change does not reopen the application process.
