In March 2025, Selena Gomez listed a custom diamond “B” ring associated with Benny Blanco for $12 as the first item in a 12-day promotion tied to their album I Said I Love You First. That $12 was the promotional sale price—not the ring’s reported value. A Jacquie Aiche representative had told Page Six in 2023 that the ring was worth $3,250, as reported by ELLE.
What ring did Selena Gomez sell?
It was a custom diamond ring featuring a “B,” associated with Blanco. Gomez’s website listing, reproduced by Marie Claire, described it as “the exact, real ring that I posted to my Instagram story in December 2023.” Coverage says Gomez wore it on her left ring finger.

The ring appeared in December 2023, when Gomez made her relationship with Blanco public. In March 2025, she included it in “12 Days of Really Rare Stuff,” a countdown to the couple’s album release. The ring was the campaign’s first listed item, according to Us Weekly and Marie Claire.
Why was it listed for $12?
The $12 price was part of Gomez’s promotional campaign, not an appraisal or an indication of the ring’s market value. In an announcement quoted by ELLE, Gomez said she wanted to share “rare memories” she had kept while counting down to the release of the album, which she described as being about the couple’s past, present, and future.

Gomez’s listing also said it felt fitting to choose the ring because it symbolized the start of her relationship with Blanco, according to Us Weekly. The album’s scheduled release date was March 21, 2025, as reported by Us Weekly and Marie Claire.
Was the ring worth $3,250 or $12?
Those figures describe different things. The ring was listed and sold through Gomez’s promotion for $12. The $3,250 figure was a valuation attributed to a representative for jeweler Jacquie Aiche, reported by Page Six in 2023 and repeated by ELLE. It is not the amount a buyer paid, and the available coverage does not establish an independent appraisal.

Did one fan or multiple fans buy it?
TMZ reported on March 12, 2025, that a website glitch allowed more than one customer to purchase the listing. But the outlet, citing an unnamed source close to Gomez, said her personal ring went to one fan. TMZ also reported that the record label told other hopeful buyers about the error and sent some “fun items.”
So multiple checkouts reportedly went through, but that does not mean multiple fans received the original ring. The single recipient of Gomez’s personal item is the “lucky fan” in the headline.
