The announcement did not disclose the purchase price or transaction structure.
What Scopely acquired
Scopely described Stumble Guys as a fast-paced multiplayer battle royale party game centered on short rounds, social play, levels, and customizable skins, emotes, and avatars. Those details come from the company’s 2022 acquisition announcement.
Kitka Games CEO Olli Lahtinen said the studio was looking for a partner to help take the game further: “As a small game studio, our heart is in the development process and we were looking for the right partner to take ‘Stumble Guys’ to the next level.”
What is known about the deal
The announcement establishes that Scopely acquired the game from Kitka Games, but it does not state how much Scopely paid or describe the transaction’s financial structure. Those terms should be treated as undisclosed, not estimated from the game’s popularity.

What happened with the console expansion?
In a later console announcement, Scopely again said Kitka Games originally created the game and that Scopely acquired it in 2022. At console launch, the announcement described cross-progression for existing accounts and said crossplay was planned afterward. Those statements record the plans and features described at that launch; they are not confirmation of current availability on every platform.
