Which SBI Clerk Mains admit card does April 2 refer to?
The date was reported for the State Bank of India Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) recruitment under advertisement CRPD/CR/2024-25/24. Scroll reported on March 31, 2025 that the Mains call letter would be available from April 2, ahead of exams scheduled for April 10 and 12, 2025. Those dates have passed; they are not a schedule for a current recruitment cycle. The report said the 2024–25 drive aimed to fill 13,735 posts, a historical vacancy figure rather than a current count.
SBI calls the document a “call letter.” Candidates may also find it described as an admit card or hall ticket. For any newer cycle, check SBI’s current openings for the relevant Junior Associates notice and active link; the page, rather than the 2025 schedule, is the place to verify current dates.
How to download the SBI Clerk Mains call letter
For the 2024–25 cycle, the reported download route was SBI’s official careers website. SBI’s recruitment advertisement instructed qualified candidates to download their Main call letter from the Bank’s website by following the on-screen instructions.

- Find the Junior Associates recruitment notice for the cycle you applied to. Use its call-letter link only if SBI has made it active.
- Open the link and enter the requested login details, then submit them.
- Check the displayed call letter and download it. Print a copy for reference and follow the exam-day instructions in the letter and information booklet.
The 2024–25 advertisement said the Main call letter would be downloadable tentatively from 10 days before the exam date. That was a tentative instruction for that specific notice, not a guaranteed release rule for later cycles.
If the call letter will not download
SBI’s Junior Associate FAQ identifies unsuccessful registration and incorrect login credentials as possible reasons a call letter may not download.
- Confirm that you completed registration for the relevant recruitment cycle.
- Check the credentials you saved and enter them again carefully.
- Retry through SBI’s official recruitment page and make sure you opened the notice for your own cycle.
If the issue continues, consult the contact or support instructions in that cycle’s notice. The 2024–25 advertisement also stated that the allotted exam date, time and venue could not be changed.

For the 2024–25 Main examination, SBI’s advertisement required candidates to bring the Main call letter and specified supporting documents, including the authenticated Preliminary call letter with an authenticated copy of identity proof. SBI also said it would not send a hard copy of the call letter or booklet by post.
