Trump Mobile said T1 preorder phones began shipping during the week of May 13, 2026. That was the start of shipments—not a delivery date for every buyer. A June 25 report documented at least one preorder customer still waiting for a shipping notification, and no verified deadline for all remaining preorder deliveries is established by the available reports.
What Trump Mobile said about T1 shipping
The Trump Organization’s June 16, 2025 announcement said its gold T1 smartphone would be released in August 2025. That target passed without the phone reaching customers on that schedule. The Trump Organization’s original announcement is a historical target, not a current delivery estimate.
On May 13, 2026, Reuters reported that Trump Mobile said it had begun shipping its $499 T1 phones. CEO Pat O’Brien told Reuters: “Phones that were pre-ordered are starting to be delivered to customers this week.” Reuters’ report, republished by Investing.com, describes the beginning of deliveries, not a schedule for each customer.
The following day, CBS News reported the company’s post: “The T1 Phone has arrived!! Those who pre-ordered the T1 Phone will be receiving an update email. Phones start shipping this week!!!” The post promised update emails to preorder customers and said shipping was starting; it did not confirm that every customer had received a phone.

Did every preorder customer receive a phone?
No. A June 25, 2026 report by Android Authority said its writer, who had paid the preorder deposit, still had no shipping notification or meaningful update. The report also said the phone had opened for general sale. That is evidence of one buyer’s experience at that time, not a count of all customers still waiting.
The available reporting does not establish a universal delivery date, a verified timetable for remaining preorder orders, or that all preorder customers have received their devices. Customers should distinguish the company’s announced shipping start from confirmation that an individual order has shipped or arrived.
