Para consultar un recibo de nómina de Firstsource, inicia sesión en FirstConnect con tu código de empleado y contraseña. Si necesitas un CFDI de nómina de México, también puedes consultarlo en el visor del SAT con tu RFC y contraseña o e.firma, y descargar la representación PDF o el XML según las opciones disponibles. El acceso a ambos servicios requiere las credenciales correspondientes.
Cómo acceder a tu recibo de Firstsource
- Abre el portal FirstConnect de Firstsource.
- Inicia sesión con tu código de empleado y contraseña.
- Busca la sección de nómina o recibos de pago y selecciona el periodo que necesitas. La página pública de acceso no confirma el nombre exacto de esa sección ni los pasos posteriores al inicio de sesión.
- Usa la opción disponible para ver o descargar el documento. Guarda el archivo en un lugar privado.
Si olvidaste la contraseña, utiliza la opción de recuperación que aparece en FirstConnect. Si no puedes entrar o no encuentras el periodo, contacta a Recursos Humanos o al área de nómina mediante el canal interno que ya conozcas. No hay un teléfono o correo de soporte para casos particulares confirmado aquí.
Si necesitas el CFDI de nómina mexicano
El Visor de comprobantes de nómina para trabajadores del SAT es otra vía para consultar comprobantes fiscales emitidos a tu RFC. El SAT indica que se accede con RFC y contraseña o e.firma, y ofrece opciones para consultar y descargar archivos PDF y XML.
- Entra al visor del SAT e identifícate con RFC y contraseña o e.firma.
- Selecciona la vista mensual o detallada que corresponda y localiza el periodo.
- Descarga el PDF si necesitas una versión legible y conserva también el XML cuando esté disponible.
- Si el comprobante no aparece o tiene datos incorrectos, consulta con nómina de Firstsource para revisar el registro y el proceso de corrección.
FirstConnect y el visor del SAT: cuál usar

Son servicios distintos; no se puede asumir que muestran los mismos periodos o exactamente la misma información. El visor del SAT es pertinente para CFDI mexicanos, no para recibos emitidos bajo las reglas de otro país.

PDF y XML no son lo mismo
Para nómina mexicana, el CFDI es un comprobante electrónico cuyo archivo estructurado es XML. El PDF permite leer la representación del comprobante, pero un PDF aislado no necesariamente sustituye al XML en todos los trámites. La Regla 2.7.5.2 del SAT dispone que el empleador entregue o envíe el CFDI en formato XML; también considera cumplida la entrega cuando el trabajador puede obtener la representación impresa mediante una página electrónica. Si el patrón no puede entregar el XML, la regla contempla una representación impresa con datos mínimos, entre ellos el UUID fiscal y los RFC del empleador y del trabajador. Consulta la regla y orientación del SAT sobre entrega del CFDI de nómina.
Conserva el XML original junto con el PDF para localizar y revisar el comprobante. Compara el periodo, las fechas, percepciones, deducciones, total y UUID con la información de tu pago. Esta revisión ayuda a detectar diferencias, pero no reemplaza el procedimiento oficial para corregir un CFDI ni constituye asesoría fiscal.

Qué tener presente sobre la versión del complemento
El SAT señala que el complemento Nómina 1.2 cambia a revisión E desde el 1 de enero de 2026. Otra página del SAT sobre el recibo de nómina conserva una referencia anterior a la revisión C desde 2022; para la vigencia indicada a partir de 2026, consulta el aviso del SAT sobre la revisión E y verifica la información oficial aplicable al periodo de tu comprobante.
