The report attributed the exit information to The Star, making it secondary reporting rather than an announcement by either club. Sheffield United News’ July 2026 report also said a permanent QPR move had been expected, but that QPR’s stance was unclear after it recruited another left-back.
Has QPR made a bid or completed a permanent signing?
The available reporting does not establish that QPR made a bid, agreed terms or completed a permanent signing. The July 2026 article describes a possible transfer exit from Sheffield United, not a completed deal, and says QPR’s position was unclear. Is the £25,000-a-week wage figure reliable?
SalaryLeaks lists £25,000 as Norrington-Davies’s base weekly gross salary in its contract history. The page does not name an original source for that figure, so it should be treated as an estimate rather than confirmed contract information.
