PAPATUI is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s men’s care brand. It launched online on March 7, 2024, and has since grown from an initial mix of skincare, hair, body, and tattoo care into a broader lineup that also includes fragrance and acne products. The brand says it is sold through its own website and major retailers, though stock varies by product and seller.
What is PAPATUI?
PAPATUI is a personal-care brand founded by Johnson and positioned around making men’s self-care simple, effective, and accessible, according to the company’s About page. It is broader than a skincare line: its current range includes products for the face, body, hair, tattoos, and fragrance, as well as acne care.
The name has a personal meaning, according to a January 2026 brand article: “Papa” represents fatherhood, mentorship, and legacy, while “Tui” is a Samoan name Johnson’s grandfather gave him, meaning “king.”
When did the brand launch?
PAPATUI announced its online launch for March 7, 2024. The launch announcement said products would begin appearing in Target stores and on Target.com on March 10, 2024. The company said the line had been in development for more than three years; that timeline is the brand’s own account.

#1 Best Overall
At launch, Target described the assortment as including skincare, hair care, body care, and tattoo care. Its March 2024 interview said the products were designed for men but could appeal to women as well. The men’s branding alone does not establish that a product is unsuitable for anyone else.
What does PAPATUI sell?
The brand’s current product pages show several types of personal care. Examples include an unscented hydrating facial cleanser, moisturizer, scrub, toner, eye gel and under-eye patches; tattoo balm; body wash and deodorant; and cologne. The official homepage calls the unscented hydrating cleanser a best seller, which is the company’s designation rather than an independently audited sales ranking.

Acne care
On March 10, 2026, PAPATUI announced its first acne-care range: Acne Fighting Facial Cleanser, Pimple Patches, and Acne Fighting Body Spray. The brand says the facial cleanser is sulfate-free and contains 2% salicylic acid, and that the range was available nationwide at Target when announced. Those are brand-reported product details, not an independent assessment of effectiveness or a guarantee of current stock.
Product claims
PAPATUI describes its products as dermatologist tested and makes claims about vegan, cruelty-free, sulfate-free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free formulations. These are company claims; the reviewed materials do not provide independent, product-by-product substantiation. Check the package or product listing for the ingredients and claims that apply to a specific item.

Where can you buy PAPATUI?
PAPATUI says its products are available from PAPATUI.com, Target, Walmart, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Availability can differ by retailer and SKU, so a brand-wide statement does not mean every product is carried at every store or platform. Check the retailer’s current listing for stock, size, and price before purchasing.
