On February 23, 2026, RAD Intel announced a holding-company structure built around two wholly owned subsidiaries: RAD Amplify, a marketing-services business, and Lickly, a creator-marketing software platform. The structure is documented in RAD Technologies, Inc.’s regulatory filing, but it does not represent a spin-off, sale, or completed acquisition. The company says the reorganization will support multiple business lines and its AI-led marketing platform; its filing also discloses substantial losses and doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern without additional revenue or financing.
What RAD Intel changed
RAD Intel is the operating name associated with RAD Technologies, Inc., which remains the parent. A 2026 regulatory filing says RAD Amplify, Inc. and Lickly, Inc. were incorporated in February 2026 as wholly owned subsidiaries. The parent retains core intellectual property, data assets, and certain technology infrastructure, while the subsidiaries are intended to run distinct operating businesses. RAD Technologies’ filing describes an internal organization for managing multiple businesses—not a public listing, spin-off, or independent financing event.
That distinction matters: separate legal entities may clarify responsibilities and business models, but they do not by themselves demonstrate that the products perform better or that the subsidiaries operate independently of shared parent resources.
Why the company says it formed the structure
RAD Intel says the arrangement is meant to support expansion, potential acquisitions, and dedicated leadership at the operating-company level while centralizing technology, governance, and capital allocation. It also says enterprise and agency use has grown from pilots to embedded and white-labeled deployments, and that sales contracts more than doubled over the preceding 12 months. Those growth figures are company-reported, not audited operating metrics established by the announcement.

The model has a plausible strategic logic: services and software can have different customers, sales cycles, staffing needs, and roadmaps, while sharing technology and data resources. But that arrangement also creates dependencies. Shared infrastructure can complicate operational separation; distinct leadership and entities add overhead; and a services arm may compete with agencies that could otherwise buy software. Shared creator and campaign data also makes permissions, privacy, usage rights, and portability important diligence issues.
RAD Amplify and Lickly serve different buying needs
| Dimension | RAD Amplify | Lickly |
|---|---|---|
| Operating model | Managed marketing services and campaign execution | SaaS platform for creator marketing workflows and intelligence |
| Stated customer | Enterprise brands and agencies | Mid-market brands, agencies, and marketing teams |
| Core work | Campaign development, creator and influencer support, planning, coordination, advertising, and execution | Audience strategy, creator discovery, campaign coordination, workflow, competitive intelligence, reporting, optimization, and brand-safety review |
| Leadership disclosed | RAD Intel’s announcement names Rick Song as CEO and Emily Duban as president | Dedicated operating details and leadership are not established in the cited sources |
| Buying motion | Sales-led services engagement; public pricing is not stated in the cited sources | Public plans and demo/contact-sales options; displayed monthly prices require an annual commitment |
The filing characterizes Lickly as a tool that aggregates publicly available creator data and helps organize creator relationships and campaigns. Its product site describes a broader influencer-marketing workflow. The company’s positioning suggests that buyers seeking hands-on planning and execution may look to RAD Amplify, while teams that want software access may consider Lickly. The available sources do not establish how much of Lickly onboarding or implementation is genuinely self-service.

Lickly’s published pricing
As displayed on Lickly’s pricing page on August 18, 2026, Growth is $1,999 per month, Performance is $3,299 per month, and Advanced is $5,699 per month; the page says each displayed monthly plan requires an annual commitment. Enterprise pricing is available by contacting sales. The page lists plan limits for seats, audience runs, influencer discovery, competitive-intelligence reports, and brand-safety media items, so buyers should compare included capacity as well as the headline price. These are page-listed prices on that date, not a claim that the plans or terms will remain unchanged. See Lickly’s pricing page.
What RAD Intel means by an “AI-driven decision layer”
RAD Intel uses the phrase for a platform intended to inform marketing choices before budgets are committed, rather than only report results afterward. In its filing, the company describes a workflow that runs from audience intelligence to influencer discovery, content ranking, paid-media execution, and performance optimization. It also describes a proprietary method called M³V-R, or “Multi-Modal Modeling, Validation & Reasoning,” intended to turn cultural and qualitative context into structured marketing intelligence. That is the company’s framework, not an independently established industry standard.

The useful question for a prospective customer is what the recommendations are based on and whether they improve a business outcome. Social data can be incomplete or stale; engagement can be a poor proxy for sales or long-term customer value; and automated fit scores may convey more precision than the evidence supports. Brand-safety systems can miss sarcasm, coded language, context, or fast-moving controversies. Platform data restrictions may also affect coverage. Buyers should ask about data sources and refresh frequency, validation methods, human review, outcome measurement, and whether campaign results are tested against a baseline or control group.
What the disclosed customer evidence shows—and does not show
The regulatory filing identifies relationships involving Hasbro, Omnicom, Adobe, and Arm Candy. It says a Hasbro contract was extended into 2026, multiple Omnicom Media Group agencies were using the platform, and a 2025 Arm Candy pilot converted into a program spanning 2026. RAD Intel separately describes enterprise and agency adoption, including embedded and white-labeled use. These details indicate commercial activity, but they do not establish platform-wide retention, profitability, campaign lift, or savings caused by the software.

The announcement’s “more than $1T” global advertising-spend framing and claim that about 40% of spending is lost to inefficiency should also be treated as RAD Intel’s market framing, not as independently verified results for its product. The announcement links its 40% figure to a LinkedIn source and attributes waste primarily to late planning decisions. A large industry-spend estimate is not the same as RAD Intel’s addressable market, revenue opportunity, or market share.

RAD Technologies’ filing says the Delaware corporation was formed on March 6, 2018, and had not generated profits since inception. It reported a net loss of approximately $19.93 million in 2025 and $8.54 million in 2024, with an accumulated deficit of about $40.51 million at December 31, 2025. The company reported raising approximately $24.79 million through Regulation A and Regulation D offerings during 2025 and holding about $7.44 million in cash at year-end.

The filing warns of substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern without additional revenue or financing. It says the company intended to fund operations through revenue growth and equity offerings, while noting financing might not be available on acceptable terms. These disclosures make the holding-company plan a growth strategy with financing and execution risk, not evidence that the business is financially secure. The filing also reported 33 full-time employees as of April 2026.
Acquisitions are a stated goal, not a completed milestone
RAD Intel says the structure can support future acquisitions. The filing describes non-binding letters of intent for potential media and creator-focused marketing-agency acquisitions, with due diligence outstanding and no definitive agreements executed. It gives no assurance that a transaction will close. The announcement therefore should not be read as evidence that RAD Intel has already acquired those businesses.
How a buyer should evaluate the offering
RAD Amplify is the more relevant route for an enterprise brand or agency seeking campaign planning and execution alongside creator, content, and paid-media support. Lickly is positioned for teams that want discovery, audience analysis, workflow, and reporting software. Neither positioning alone establishes which solution is the better fit; buyers should compare it with existing agency arrangements and creator-marketing, analytics, and workflow tools.
- Clarify which features belong to RAD Intel, RAD Amplify, and Lickly, and which entity will sign the contract.
- Ask which social platforms and creator databases are covered, how current the data is, and how audience segments are defined.
- Request evidence for predictive recommendations, including validation methods, benchmarks, and results tied to business outcomes rather than engagement alone.
- Understand how brand-safety judgments are generated, what human review is available, and how errors are handled.
- Confirm data-processing terms, geographic privacy obligations, retention, ownership, and export options for creator and campaign records.
- Ask what happens to software access and customer data if a services engagement ends, and whether implementation or training is required.
- Compare annual cost, capacity limits, contract flexibility, integrations, reporting, and attribution with the customer’s current tools and agency fees.
The filing identifies a competitive field that includes broad marketing platforms such as Adobe and HubSpot; creator-marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ and Tagger Media; data and AI infrastructure providers such as Palantir and Databricks; and agencies, consultants, and in-house analytics teams. RAD Intel’s claimed distinction is combining marketing execution, creator systems, and decision support before budget allocation. Whether that is a durable advantage depends on product evidence and customer outcomes, not the corporate structure itself.
