Amazon Bazaar is a real low-price shopping app, but it is not available under that name everywhere. Amazon uses the Amazon Haul brand in the United States and several other markets, while Bazaar is the standalone app name in selected international destinations. The service offers inexpensive fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics and accessory products, generally with slower delivery than standard Amazon orders.
Amazon’s expansion is widely viewed as a response to low-cost marketplaces such as Shein and Temu. However, shoppers should compare the delivered price, delivery date, product specifications and return terms—not just the advertised item price.

What is Amazon Bazaar?
Amazon Bazaar is Amazon’s ultra-low-price shopping experience. Amazon says most Bazaar products cost less than $10, with some priced as low as $2. Its catalog includes fashion, home goods, lifestyle products, electronics and accessories, with beauty and personal-care products available in some related Haul promotions.

Bazaar versus Amazon Haul
The names refer to related versions of Amazon’s low-price proposition, but they are not one worldwide app:

Amazon says the two brands provide the same type of ultra-low-price experience under names chosen for local language and cultural resonance. A U.S. shopper should look for Amazon Haul, not a U.S. Bazaar app.
Where is the standalone Bazaar app available?
On November 7, 2025, Amazon announced Bazaar availability through local iOS and Android app stores in these 14 additional destinations:
- Argentina
- Bahrain
- Costa Rica
- Dominican Republic
- Ecuador
- Hong Kong
- Jamaica
- Kuwait
- Nigeria
- Oman
- Peru
- Philippines
- Qatar
- Taiwan
Availability under the Amazon name, availability as a standalone app and availability under the Bazaar brand are different things. Amazon says the broader Haul program operates in more than 25 countries and regions, but the branding, app format and terms vary by market.
How much does Amazon Haul or Bazaar cost?
In the U.S., Amazon says Haul items are priced at $20 or less, with most priced at $10 or less. Some advertised examples cost around $1 to $5, including phone cases, kitchen tools and accessories.
U.S. shoppers should also account for order-level costs:
- Free delivery on Haul orders of $25 or more.
- A $3.99 delivery fee on orders below $25, according to Amazon’s published U.S. terms.
- An advertised extra 5% discount at $50 and 10% at $75 for qualifying orders.
These figures are U.S.-specific and can change. Bazaar markets have local delivery thresholds and charges rather than one universal global policy. The relevant calculation is:

Adding unwanted products merely to reach free delivery can make a supposedly cheap order more expensive.
How fast is delivery?
Amazon says Haul and Bazaar orders typically arrive in two weeks or less. That is materially different from the same-day, one-day or two-day delivery associated with many regular Amazon listings.

Actual timing depends on the destination, seller, product, customs and fulfillment route. Before paying, check the estimated arrival date and treat “free delivery” as conditional on the applicable local order minimum.
Returns and buyer protection
Amazon says eligible Bazaar returns can be requested free within 15 days of receipt. For U.S. Haul, Amazon says purchases above $3 qualify for free returns within 15 days of delivery. Haul products are also covered by Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee, subject to its terms.
Amazon says it screens Haul and Bazaar products for safety, authenticity, regulatory compliance and adherence to its policies. That is not an absolute guarantee that every item will have the quality of a branded product, or that defective and counterfeit goods cannot appear. An A-to-z Guarantee is buyer protection, not the same thing as a manufacturer warranty.
Amazon versus Shein and Temu
Reuters, TechCrunch, Retail Dive, AP and Axios have framed Haul and Bazaar as Amazon’s answer to the growth of low-price marketplaces including Shein, Temu and TikTok Shop. Amazon has not thereby proven that its prices beat those rivals across the board.

There is no reliable winner without a country-specific basket test that controls for product specifications, shipping, tax, discounts, delivery time and return costs. Similar-looking listings may not be identical products, sellers or quality levels.

Why Amazon is making the move
The strategy is straightforward: shoppers have become accustomed to trading faster delivery for lower prices, and Amazon wants to keep those customers within its ecosystem. Existing logins, payment details, reviews, customer-service systems and buyer-protection branding reduce the friction of trying a new marketplace.
The separate Haul experience also appears designed to distinguish slower, lower-cost inventory from Amazon’s mainstream fast-delivery proposition. That is an analytical inference from the separate cart, checkout and delivery promise—not a strategy Amazon has formally announced.
Who should use it?
Haul and Bazaar may suit shoppers buying low-risk, replaceable items such as basic organizers, costume jewelry, simple kitchen tools, phone cases and inexpensive accessories, particularly when they can wait up to roughly two weeks.
Use greater caution with chargers, batteries, power supplies, automotive or motorcycle parts, medical products, child-safety items, cosmetics, products applied to broken skin and food-contact goods with unclear material information. Also avoid relying on the service for a time-sensitive gift, a precisely sized purchase or a product where durability and authenticity are critical. These are risk-management recommendations, not a claim that every Bazaar product is unsafe.
How to shop Amazon Haul in the U.S.
- Open the Amazon Shopping app.
- Search for Haul, or open the main menu and select Amazon Haul.
- Alternatively, visit amazon.com/haul.
- Use the dedicated Haul cart and review the delivered total.
- Confirm the estimated arrival date, seller, reviews and return eligibility before checkout.
Amazon says the Haul cart has its own shopping experience, search and checkout; a 2026 Amazon promotion says it can also sync with the regular Amazon.com cart.

If Haul or Bazaar is missing, check the delivery country, Amazon marketplace and app version. The service may not be eligible in your market or may have moved within the local Amazon experience. Do not use a VPN or misrepresent your country, because that can create payment, shipping, tax, account and return problems.
What sellers should know
Haul is also a potential sales channel for third-party sellers. Amazon provides seller tools and Selling Partner API support for Haul sales metrics, as described in its developer documentation.
Sellers should verify eligibility, pricing requirements, fulfillment options, referral and fulfillment fees, return handling and catalog integration in each target marketplace. Standard Amazon economics should not be assumed to apply everywhere. Amazon India’s seller forum, for example, described a 2026 change merging eligible Bazaar and Amazon.in listings and applying Amazon.in fee and return policies.

What remains uncertain
Amazon’s expansion establishes a credible low-price channel, but it does not yet answer whether the company can match Shein’s fashion engagement or Temu’s deal-driven shopping behavior profitably. Adoption, repeat purchases, product-quality comparisons and marketplace-level price leadership would require current, controlled data that is not established by Amazon’s launch claims.
