Reporting documents one unusually large residence in Destrehan, Louisiana, associated with Jesse Duplantis Ministries—not a verified portfolio of multiple homes. MinistryWatch relays local reporting that describes a 25-room parsonage with 34,986 square feet across living and accessory areas. That is a reported size, not an independently verified measurement, and no current market value is established by the available sources.

Where is Jesse Duplantis’ home?

The residence discussed in reporting is in Destrehan, Louisiana, and is associated with Jesse Duplantis Ministries. The St. Charles Parish directory lists the ministry at 1973 Ormond Boulevard, Destrehan. The ministry’s June 2025 magazine, Voice of the Covenant, identifies its international headquarters as being in Destrehan. These sources establish the ministry’s location; they do not, by themselves, establish a current parcel owner or prove that the listed address is the residence itself.

How large is the reported residence?

MinistryWatch says the home is a 25-room parsonage owned by Jesse Duplantis Ministries. Citing the St. Charles Herald Guide, it reports 22,039 square feet of living space and 12,947 square feet of accessory areas, including patios and garages. Added together, those components equal 34,986 square feet.

The Herald Guide item’s publication year is not specified in the surfaced account, and the figures have not been independently verified in the material available here. The distinction between living space and accessory areas matters: 34,986 square feet is the sum of both, not a claim that all of it is interior living space.

Why are other size figures reported?

MinistryWatch also quotes Jesse Duplantis from a reported 2015 appearance at Kenneth Copeland’s Southwest Believers’ Conference: “Do I have a beautiful house? … God’s gonna burn it down. He’s gonna burn it down. To build that house is $500 a square foot. It’s 40,000 square foot … Don’t get so mad at me. You figure it out.”

The rounded 40,000-square-foot figure in that reported remark differs from the 34,986-square-foot total attributed to local reporting. The figures should not be treated as interchangeable: one is an attributed conference statement, while the other is a breakdown of living and accessory areas relayed by MinistryWatch. The $500-per-square-foot figure is Duplantis’ reported construction-cost claim, not an independently checked building estimate or appraisal.

How much is the house worth?

No definitive current market value is established by the sources available. A 2026 article by Mansion Inside discusses varying online estimates and notes that construction cost, assessed value and market value are different measures. It reports no recent arms-length sale that would provide a straightforward market comparison. Without a current appraisal, a verified assessment or a documented sale, an exact present-day price would be speculation.

In particular, multiplying the reported $500-per-square-foot construction-cost statement by either reported size figure would not produce a reliable market valuation. Construction cost describes a claimed cost basis; it does not establish what the property would sell for now.

Does Jesse Duplantis own multiple homes?

The sources cited here substantiate reporting about one Destrehan residence associated with Jesse Duplantis Ministries. They do not provide an authoritative inventory of additional residences or establish that Duplantis personally owns the home. The available account describes the property as ministry-owned; a current parcel record confirming ownership was not established.

Accordingly, “multi-million-dollar homes” should not be read as proof of multiple confirmed properties or a verified combined real-estate value. The evidence supports a reported large residence, while leaving the number of homes, current ownership records and present market value unresolved.
