Mario Lopez ranks highest among the Saved by the Bell actors with current estimates located here: Celebrity Net Worth lists him at $35 million. These are publisher estimates, not verified financial disclosures; Elizabeth Berkley’s $10 million estimate is shared with her husband, and comparable current figures were not located for every original cast member.

How the ranking works

This ranking covers the best-known original teen ensemble—Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Mario Lopez, Tiffani Thiessen, Elizabeth Berkley, Lark Voorhies and Dustin Diamond—and includes Dennis Haskins as the original Mr. Belding. It orders only the people for whom the cited current profile set provides a figure. Celebrity Net Worth does not publish audited personal financial statements or a transparent valuation method for these estimates, so the amounts should not be read as confirmed wealth or earnings from the series.

The current profile estimates below were accessed October 4, 2026. Berkley’s figure is a household estimate, while Diamond’s refers to his wealth at the time of his death in 2021; those figures are not directly comparable to individual estimates for living actors.

1 Mario Lopez $35 million Individual estimate. Celebrity Net Worth profile, accessed October 4, 2026.
2 Elizabeth Berkley $10 million Combined estimate for Berkley and husband Greg Lauren, not Berkley’s individual net worth. Celebrity Net Worth profile, accessed October 4, 2026.
3 (tie) Mark-Paul Gosselaar $6 million Individual estimate. Celebrity Net Worth profile, accessed October 4, 2026.
3 (tie) Tiffani Thiessen $6 million Individual estimate. Celebrity Net Worth profile, accessed October 4, 2026.
5 Dustin Diamond $200,000 Estimate at the time of his death in 2021. Celebrity Net Worth profile, accessed October 4, 2026.

Not ranked Dennis Haskins Not stated No comparable current figure was located in the cited profile set.

Lopez’s profile describes work across hosting, acting, radio, writing and producing. That career context may help explain why he leads this particular publisher’s estimates, but it does not establish the value of his assets or how much any one project contributed.

Why older rankings look different

A Celebrity Net Worth cast roundup published about 2015 listed Gosselaar at $9 million, Thiessen at $10 million, Berkley at $6 million, Diamond at $50,000, Voorhies at $500,000 and Haskins at $300,000. The figures differ from the current individual profiles where those can be compared. They are estimates from different points in time, not an accounting that can be blended into a single definitive ranking. The roundup also gives numbers for Voorhies and Haskins, but this article does not treat those older amounts as current estimates. Read the older cast roundup.

The show’s residuals do not explain the rankings

In a September 25, 2026 report, E! News relayed Thiessen’s comments that residual checks from Saved by the Bell had effectively dried up. She recalled that the cast had little negotiating leverage and said she did not begin earning what she considered meaningful money until Beverly Hills, 90210. Those remarks are Thiessen’s account, not audited contract data for the full cast, and they do not establish any performer’s precise salary or total wealth. They are a useful caution against assuming the show’s popularity automatically produced large, ongoing residual income. E! News report.

What the figures can—and cannot—tell you

  • They are estimates, not disclosures. None of the listed amounts is supported here by audited accounts or official personal financial statements.
  • They do not measure earnings from the sitcom. An actor’s later work and other financial circumstances can affect a wealth estimate; the listed profiles do not establish which project produced the value.
  • The comparisons are uneven. Berkley’s total includes her husband, Diamond’s is dated to his death, and the other current figures are profile estimates for individuals.
  • The list is incomplete by design. No comparable current amount was established here for Voorhies or Haskins, so assigning either an unverified place would make the ranking look more complete than its evidence allows.

Biography.com’s cast overview identifies the performers and gives broad career context, but career histories are not a substitute for financial disclosures.
