To copy the link customers can use to review your business, open its Google Business Profile, select Read reviews, then Get more reviews, and choose Copy. This is a request link for your business, not a link to one particular review.
Copy your business’s Google review link
- Open the Google Business Profile for the business. If you manage more than one location, select the profile for the location you want customers to review.
- Select Read reviews.
- Select Get more reviews.
- Select Copy to copy the review-request link. Google documents this path in its instructions for creating a review link or QR code.
You can also share the link directly from that screen. Labels and controls can vary as Google updates its interfaces; if they differ, look in the current Business Profile for the review-sharing or “Get more reviews” action.
Get a QR code for reviews
The same review-sharing workflow offers a QR code option. Google says review QR codes can currently be generated only in a computer browser, not on mobile devices. You can print the code and display it in your store, or share it through channels such as receipts, thank-you emails, and chat interactions, as Google suggests in its review-link guidance.
Share one existing customer review instead
If you want to share a specific review that someone has already posted, use Google Maps rather than the Business Profile review-request workflow:

- Open Google Maps and search for the business name and city.
- Select Reviews.
- Find the review, select More beside it, then choose Share review.
- Select Send a link, then COPY LINK. These are Google’s documented steps for sharing a customer review.
What customers need to post a review
Customers must sign in to a Google Account to leave a review. A Google Account can use a non-Gmail email address. Review availability may vary by country or region and by business category; see Google’s review guidance for details.

Share the link with customers who have had a genuine experience, and let them decide what to write and how to rate the business. Google prohibits offering a reward, discount, or other incentive in exchange for posting, changing, or removing a review.
