Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteIf you can’t sign in to TD EasyWeb, first make sure you’re on TD’s official login page, then check your username or Access Card number and password. If the details still don’t work, use TD’s official recovery flow or contact the bank. TD’s official pages reviewed here do not confirm a live EasyWeb outage, so a login problem alone does not show that TD is down.
Start at TD’s official login page
Use TD’s EasyWeb login page, the TD app, a saved bookmark, or type TD’s official web address yourself. TD warns that fraudulent websites can appear in search results. Avoid login links in unsolicited emails or text messages.
TD says it will not send unsolicited messages asking you for your password, PIN, security answers, or account number. Do not share those details with anyone offering to troubleshoot your access.
Check your username or Access Card number
EasyWeb accepts a username or Access Card number, along with your password. If you use the card number, enter it without spaces or dashes and do not add the smaller six-digit number printed on the card. If you have more than one Access Card, try the one registered and activated for online banking. If TD replaced your card, use the new card number. See TD’s EasyWeb guidance.

Recover a forgotten password or username
On the official login screen, select the link for forgotten username or password and follow TD’s recovery steps. Use that official flow rather than a third-party reset page. If recovery does not restore access, contact TD through one of the support routes below.
For new customers: check the temporary password
TD says a temporary password issued to a new customer expires after 24 hours. If yours has expired, call EasyLine at 1-866-222-3456 or book an appointment. With a valid temporary password, sign in using your Access Card number and temporary password, then complete TD’s security setup, including Two-Step Verification. TD describes the steps in its temporary-password login guide.

Is TD EasyWeb down?
TD’s official pages reviewed here do not provide a time-stamped live outage notice. The EasyWeb login page being available does not establish that every customer can authenticate. Downdetector’s TD Canada Trust status page showed no current problems at its crawl time, but it is a crowdsourced tracker, not an official TD service announcement. If your access remains blocked, follow TD’s credential checks and contact the bank rather than assuming there is a wider outage.
